They contacted me within 15 minutes of my posting of a need for a plumber and came the next day. They were right on time. Their plumber, Jesse, was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and explained the details of the he was going to do and its associated costs very well. He took the to give us details and also showed us some of the challenges of the he was doing. He clarified costs very well so that we understood the components of the work. We were having a bad leak that seemed to be coming from the sink but it turned out to be a pipe in our shower. They did a fantastic job replacing the spout and valve! Looks like nothing even happened. The discharge unit from the softener that was next to the outside gutter was making noises. I contacted True and they provided immediate attention. Tyler inspected the system and suggested moving it. I was contacted right after the inspection to schedule the moving process. Tyler is knowledgeable, friendly and responded quickly, making this a very positive experience. I highly True Plumbing! He located a broken cpvc (plastic) leak in my house. We concluded that the City of Vancouver must have turned in the too quickly and ruptured the cpvc elbow and caused massive flooding in my kitchen ceiling. He cut the drywall after seeing the wet carpet upstairs and repaired the pipe with Pex. Price of troubleshooting and repairing my burst pipe was damn reasonable! Great company! Tyler T came over on time, was very attentive and listened to the problem we had and quickly provided a solution to what we needed and executed. You can trust this company to get it done for you if you need anything plumbing, water, etc… related! We will use again in the future! My live in aid was excited that he could take a shower longer then 4min now. This was a Friday at like 2pm and Nick came out and busted his butt that afternoon and dug up and fixed the leaking pipe that same day so we could turn our back on for our family. Nick went above and beyond while also giving me honest advice and answering all my endless questions and giving me a lot of free 101 advice. He may have spent more giving me his advice longer than it took to fix the leak! The price of repair was also extremely fair compared to other service providers I've used in the past. The technicians are very kind, experienced, and professional, and gave me some knowledge of installing systems that soften and filter water.
