Friendly staff. Facility is well maintained. I take a number of water fitness classes. They are great. This is a fantastic place for workouts and exercise! With a basketball court, weightlifting machines, a pool, a track, classes, and a relaxing lounge, it has everything you could need. The only area for potential improvement is the workout equipment, which could be updated as some of it seems a bit older. The only good thing about the place is that the is wonderful, each and every one of them. However there's a lot to say about the cleanliness. In addition to the cleanliness they won't even repair the steam room which is vital to relaxation at least in my book it is. The area needs a good overhaul. The exhaust vent in the area is filled with dust and debris. It doesn't take much to take a vacuum cleaner and go over the exhaust. Other than cleanliness I do enjoy talking to the staff. Our go to the summer camp, and they love it. The councilors are young, but friendly and fun according to my 12 year old, and our littlest has basketball here as well. We highly enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the family feel of the coaches with the team and the community of parents is pretty amazing too. In this day and age, these things can be hard to find. I highly recommend it. I love going here! The is so nice and willing to help, if needed. There are many different things to do, basketball, the gym, walking/running/jogging on the track, swimming, getting a (hydro)massage, there's a hangout lounge, a daycare to bring little to, big bathrooms with showers, etc. I've always had a experience here. Highly recommend checking it out! people just all around. They gave me a tour knew that I was kind of shy to being there and by the they were done getting me used to the place I was walking around there like I owned it. Also at a price $32 a month is unbeatable. sauna full shower area exercise basketball community rooms as well as hydro massage chairs for $10 a month more. facility employees are awesome everything's always clean the hydro beds are amazing the track is perfect and there's always a lot of enjoying the basketball courts I jumped back onto the court to coach fall volleyball this season & absolutely loved the staff, members, & variety of options for classes and open gyms! Always friendly staff, attentive instructors. It's a place. I like to go here with my family. It is true that people are for the most part very friendly, both and members! And it's that the area has a lot of natural light. I am just finally motivated to write a bad review because I am so tired of paying so much $$ each month for such poor follow-through and attention to detail. Every I go in there seem to be a half dozen members just hanging out shooting the breeze...yet: online schedules are never synced or up to date; facilities close often and randomly with minimal notice; many summer camps only offer two hours of programming stretched across a six-hour day; contact info is incorrect online and posted email addresses aren't manned; if you tell the front desk a bathroom stall is out of TP, it still is out two hours later; broken equipment stays broken; etc. I hope that someone can help shape things up soon, because if people were attending to their job responsibilities as much as to their smiles, the Y would really be a place! This is a place to workout. The is very friendly. It's very clean and everyone wipes down the equipment when they are done. The other people working out are really respectful. This is going to be my go to gym when I am visiting town. The slugs taste AMAZING. love the suana, friendly folks and I enjoy being a human there. The aliens are a bit strange but they mean you no harm! I think the lobby chairs whisper your true name because I sat on one and said "lovable" so that was nice It used to be so much better before COVID. Now they allow homeless people to shower in the bathrooms. Even the family bathroom. Super hard to find free if you just want to swim with your kids. If you’re a young family, thinking of signing up because of Y and Night Out. DON’T!!!! You will not get into Night Out. We have tried for 8 months. You may get charged for a no show fee because of a “system issue”. There is no Y on Saturdays in the summer. They will find a reason to not watch your after you drop them off at Y time. Forget your dream of having 10 minutes alone without your kids. They will text you about an issue with your kid depending on who’s working. Closed and broken equipment is common. For my friends whom I recommended the Y to earlier in the year for what they advertised, I am sorry I steered you wrong.
