Shout out to "Martina" in the drive thru who was so friendly and upbeat! This McD's is right off the highway, easy to access. Fast service!! At 12:45pm even! Fries were hot, clearly fresh and perfectly salted. Big Mac was on point. I love when people put in the effort to make things great and this McDonald's effort shows. Top!! Great food and friendly staff. I don’t understand why I have to login through social media account or get code to access free WiFi. I can’t get code through my mobile because my SIM card was not supported I came back here yesterday & i stand by my last remarks last year, had the misfortune to go to McDonald's at Trastevere, one of the worst stores ever but Orte everytime never dissapoints me.....wonderful, helpful staff - i would say the best staff country wide . Keep up the good work guys!!!!! I've ordered large coffee, received small one. I asked to fix this and prepare large coffee. They make me new large coffee but that wasn't coffee at all like milk and water. I told to administrator it is not ok. She didn't even apologize. It was 05.01.25 at 12-13 approx time. Very busy McDonald’s on route between Florence and Rome. Easy to access off the main highway. Super clean and has nice play area. Great McDonald’s maybe top 5 I’ve been to in Italy. Food is fresh but the Service is Horrible! Rude server!!!!! I didn't know it was so hard for people to be kind! Imagine if I was rude to her Mama!!! Yeah exactly!!! I tried to ask to pay for some extra sauce and they said no so I couldn’t even eat the burger I wanted Not the best Customer Service I’ve had anywhere ! We loved our visit here on 13th October 2019 whilst we drove from Rome to Scotland. Has to be one of the best MacDonald's in Europe. Staff incredibly friendly and immaculately dressed. Floors sparkling. Food great. We loved the chocolate halloween cappuccino's. Thank you to Ilaria and Stephano for your hospitality. We really appreciated Ilaria coming to our table to ask if we wanted our coffee's served after we had our meals. This store is a role model for other stores to match.
