I didn't escalate the situation and got back to my seat(as I had just received my order), and left my drink inside the refrigerator as if this conversation didn't happen Customer service is a serious problem in Lithuania, the shopkeepers still fail to understand that resorting to simple customer requests that will cost literally nothing to them will help their greatly improve their satisfaction whereas acting otherwise, not only that won't help their profit, also messes the customers' experience.
