The view is amazing. The with in the background the hochkonig mountain range. Up top there's an almost 360 view around the region. A prefect spot for a picnic or to spend some time with your kids as they can play at the water, see some salamanders while you enjoy the amazing scenery. We took the cable car upward then we hiked for 15 minutes maybe, the is so clear and suitable for swimming, the views are amazing also it was included in the hochkonig card so it was a plus 😍 Perfect views. You can park your car to 25-minute walking distance. Walking path signs say 45 mins, but even in snow, it took us 25 minutes to reach the top. It is a bit steep, but nothing too challenging and definitely worth the walk for these views. If you walk up it’s really Tori g cuz it’s so steel but it’s totally worth. Even after walking up the green part, you’ll have to go through the forest a little bit and then it still takes time till you get to the very top. It never gets straight always up!
