Uh! Wow! This place... a masterpiece! My husband discovered this location "by accident," so to speak, during one of his motorcycle trips. He surprised me and brought me here for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. And then....it became our favourile place to bring guests like family and friends for lunch or dinner or at least a walk around the area! It's a must for us to show them this beauty. The view is breathtaking, the whole atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, all those animals ....fairytale!! Congratulation to all of you! place. Unfortunately this time we only had lunch but we will definetely come back to enjoy the whole experience the has to offer. Both the exceptional views of the mountains and the decor of the hotel. It was a wonderful experience for us, I travelled with my husband and baby. I couldn't believe how baby friendly the place is... We decided to dine in every night and their menu has a wide range of options so you can have something different every night no problem. (we only stayed for 3 nights) We choose the cheapest room so we knew it would be smaller but it was very cozy and felt just right. (it has a lovely terrace which is a plus) The breakfast (which is included) is unbelievable good, with tons of good stuff (local and organic). I cannot recommend this place enough, we honestly loved it and will be very happy to come back! Yes, a nice terrace and outdoor area. Nothing more though. This is an example of how incapable and indifferent waiters can be. No eye for the guest not even anexcuse if drinks have been forgotten even more than once or why foods where left nearly untouched. Your food, sorry, but nothing more than the convenience stuff you get nearly everywhere. Gazpacho not edible. Roastbeef sandwich highly overpriced. Disappointing. An area like this needs to offer more. Early September we visited Jufenalm for the third time and again the visit here was a success. When you arrive at the it feels like you are stepping into a real life - postcard. So beautiful. In addition, the surroundings are beautiful, the view is and you can enjoy walking there. The people are very friendly, the service is top, the food delicious (something for everyone) and the facilities are top. Whether it is 30 degrees or a day with less weather, there is always something to do. This year we were there for the first time with a dog and a 3-month-old child. But even with our little one it was a success and we completely relaxed. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone! Compliments to the entire Jufenalm team. It’s a location with staff and even better views of the mountains the interior is breathtaking. Staff are nice and well dressed and are always making sure your satisfied. The jufen offers an playground for younger people and a mini farm if children or adults have an interest in animals. Definitely one of the best places in the region and worth a visit. This is now the 2nd time we stayed in the Jufenalm hotel! Is just an incredible place to celebrate some days off and relax. I didn’t expect they could even improve, but compared to two years ago, they did! The food is amazing, and compared to our first visit, the portions are way better balanced! Also the wellness got an upgrade and extended with an additional terras next to the pool, relaxing spots on the hill and a second sauna with mirror glass. Wherever you find a spot to relax, the view is stunning! Furthermore, the staff is extremely friendly, good to join for a laugh and they think along! We even got a free upgrade of our room to make it better fit our traveling scheme! To quote my girlfriend: “Entering Jufenalm feels like coming home”.
