The menu of the day was filet mignon with red wine reduction and sauce bearnaise, in Swedish 'oxfile black & white'. Not the tenderest of meats was presented but a well sized portion with a fresh green salad, some tomato slices. Included was drinks, anything off the salad buffet and coffee.
