All historical houses in Koprivshtica are nice, but this one was my favorite. Lutova Museum in Koprivshtitsa preserves 19th-century Bulgarian architecture and interior design. Beautiful place. Strongly recommend visiting Beautiful historic represent Bulgarian architecture This is one of the most breathtaking and beautiful houses I have ever seen. Its iconic front facade is extraordinary and fascinating and the fact that this is build in 1854 is mind blowing. The garden in front is well maintained and creates calm and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the interior of the building because of its specific wall paintings. An intriguing history surrounds the family that owned the house. Also a good feature is that its part of a museum tour which contains several other iconic houses of other famous Bulgarian revolutionaries. It is a must see and I strong recommend visiting it!!! Date of experience: April 2022 Beautiful building. Everything is restored and reserved so well. One of the historic houses in Koprivshtitza -the only town-museum in Bulgaria. You are taking a time-mashine and going two centuries back. The experience is one in a life time. This is my husbands family home. We visited in 2000. He had not been to Bulgaria since he escaped in 1982 with his parents via Libyan oil company in Tripoli followed by stays in Rome & Mannheim. Traditional Bulgarian from 19 century.
