It’s a waterfall, not particularly impressive if you’ve travelled to places famous for their waterfalls. It’s a thin, relatively high waterfall. The is short but largely up hill, not difficult, but not for people with mobility challenges. We enjoyed the walk, but I wouldn’t say it’s a ‘must see’. Getting inside the was quite a hike. The road to access the area was also bad (no asphalt). The main parking area for tourists are so far up and you need to a lot. If you or your guide have 4WD ask them to drive further inside to save you some walking/hiking time. slowly and enjoy the scenery. Wear a proper and comfortable shoes because your feet will thank you. The view when you get to the is all the hikes and walks. It was so breezy and beautiful. A Must-Visit in Theth – Grunas Waterfall One of the best hikes I’ve done in Albania! The trail to Grunas is and rewarding, and once you arrive, the sight is simply breathtaking. The is pristine, crystal clear, and so calming — it instantly takes away all the stress and makes you just want to sit, watch, and admire nature’s beauty. This is without doubt one of the most experiences I’ve had during my visit to Albania. A true must-visit spot in Theth. Highly recommend making the — it’s absolutely it! Photogenic accessible from both sides so you can continue the as a loop. Well the and in my opinion is better than Blue Eye. Take the steps down to a dirt track by the reconciliation tower and, keeping the river on your right, follow the track for approx 30-45 mins (depending on fitness & which track options you take). There is a small & upwards scramble that will bring you out at the base of the waterfall. We were lucky in that there had been lighting & thunder storms for a couple of days so the level was good over the fall. The pool at the base of the fall you can enter to get closer to the fall & rainbow at the base. Depending on when you visit there may be many people there too. A decent hike, not difficult until the end, and the entire way. Definitely the time it takes to get to the where you can just sit and feel the coolness of the water. Its a small to do! The is lovely and you can through and around it! They views on the way are nice. Make sure you go early with the rising sun for beautifull pictures and a less crowded hike. view and waterfall! Moderate to reach. Specially after rainy days, you cannot pass it to the other side and prepare your full rain gear to enjoy it! Lovely in the middle of gorgeous nature. There are two routes from Theth, both level and about 2 km one way. The only tough part is up to the waterfall, but is it no hardcore for sure. The was very cold, resfreshing though after in hot summer day. route is to find, also many people are walking there, so no chance of getting lost. On the route near by river there are few bars. waterfall, can come from either Theth (easy walk) or from the bridge view canyon where it's quite steep. Free. and Comfortable to the which takes around an hour, it might seem challenging but honestly it is fine and totally it. A lovely little and a must visit if you can when in Theth. The to the is of low difficulty for a fit person. The last 50 m or so is pretty rocky - so advise on wearing a proper shoe. The fall itself is small but pretty beautiful. The is crystal clear and cold. People even take dip in the small pool that formed at the base of the fall. The scenic beauty on the way is also prety and you get a complete view of the Theth valley. Very path straight from tithe centre just follow the brown light posts. to waterfall! The is very cold but fun for a quick dip to cool down after a long day of 🥶 Very beautiful!!!!! We enjoyed it very much. We visited during off season plus we were very fortunate of good weather. Don’t miss this! The trail is easy, only at the end you need to climb up a little. We spent 2 hours in total here - walking, having a picnic, and taking photos. We liked the - tall, roaring, icy! There are far fewer tourists here, probably because there are no bars selling drinks along the way. What a wonderful waterfall. The itself was also it. The only payment is your sweat and that was it all. The is cool and fresh and the views are amazing. Recommended it to everybody with a bit of fitness level! Mooie waterval, wel even klauteren! Its a but i can't say strongly enough during the peak season visit during the morning or late in the day. It's not a large place and just gets overrun with entitled people who seem to think the place is their own personal photo studio. Cascata naturale fantastica percorso facile tranne l'ultimo pezzo appena prima di arrivare very cool. were there in march and it’s not too cold to take a bath. and short for someone with medium fitness. Took us about 50 minutes from our Hotel close to the bridge in Theth. The was great and not too exhausting, only the last part requires a bit of a climb. Totally it for the view, but slightly crowded. The is cold but a welcome chance to cool down, and there was a tiny lake on the way which we enjoyed very much! Krásnej vodopád a příroda kolem It's one of the most places I've ever visited. It's definitely the hour hike. The final part is the hardest part of the as you really have to climb rocks to get up to the waterfall. The route towards the is also very pretty, and there is a small cafe towards the end of the where you can get some drinks. You gotta visit it. It's part of the tourist checklist. Done. Now after you have seen the Blue eye and the Grunas explore the rest of the valley of Theth, it is gorgeous. Please use Wikiloc to make sure the paths actually exists since we got trapped in a creek and struggled to find a way out. At first it was an hike, but the last couple of hundred meters were a bit hard. There was a lot of and we had to climb through a lot of rocks. Also it is a popular place, many turists, but the view was amazing! I enjoyed light to the waterfall. It looks great especially during sunny weather ☀️ Camino angosto y pedregoso para llegar, pero vale la pena. Hermosa catarata. Paisaje idílico. Very place and to go from Theth or Valbona. All together 18km. Terrain is bit rocky but still doable even for older people or non experienced hikers. Recommend going early in the morning or later im the evening to avoid big crowds on the waterfaĺ It was around 40 min from our han. It was fabulous through the forest and with lots of climbing. Good shoes are recommended. We parked up on the main mountain road next to the sign for Theth Waterfall. Walked over a steep gorge and had a up to the waterfall. We would recommend walking up the right hand side of the as you look at it and down the other side. You can carefully cross the via stones at the top. On the way down we stopped off at the little cafe for a coffee Piękny wodospad i fajna trasa Zdjęcia/filmiki nie oddają piekna wodospadu.
