Neat local no frills place with its own charm and chimes made out of shells. Went there for 2 euro freshly shucked in front of us paired with little glasses of white wine. It's not often that I get to eat freshly sourced by the seaside, and I relished every one of them. Very tasty oysters, but a bit overpriced – 12 and four small glasses of (100ml each) cost €48. My recent visit to this establishment left me with mixed feelings. While it wasn't quite the elegant dining experience I had anticipated, there were certainly some unique aspects that made the evening memorable. The atmosphere of the place leaned more towards quirky than elegant. The décor had a distinctive charm, with an eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork that gave the place a character of its own. However, it might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you're seeking a more upscale ambiance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although I wouldn't go so far as to call them exceptional. They took care of the basics and provided information about the menu when prompted, but there wasn't a strong sense of passion or enthusiasm. It would have been nice to see a bit more engagement and warmth from the team. Now, onto the food. The highlight of the evening was definitely the ostrich dishes. It's not every day you get to enjoy such unique offerings, and in that regard, the place truly shines. The ostrich meat was prepared with care, and each dish showcased a different aspect of its flavor profile. While the dishes were interesting and enjoyable, they fell just short 3 euro for 1 piece equals the price in good restaurants. Very friendly service. Nice place to visit. Everything super fresh, direct from sea. Such a magical place. You get served fresh and sea truffles by a fisherman in a fisherman’s hut so this place provides genuinely real experience. Right when we entered we got offered prosseco that was well chilled and it was a great complement to the meal. It is a bit on the pricey side but worth it. We had a great time there. :::::Cash only::::: Amazing place to have amazing oysters. Really simple place but you don’t get fresher than this, extracted directly there from the sea. A bit pricey (€3 each oyster) but it’s really worth it. An absolute must for seafood lovers! Fresh and clams straight from the Linski Canal, opened right at your table – it doesn’t get any fresher. Relaxed vibe, friendly hosts, fair prices, and outstanding quality. Simply amazing – we’ll be back! outstanding quality: fished directly out of river Limsky with water temperature. is also very savoury! Two thumbs up! What an experience!!! Cold wine, oyster, sea truffle, super fresh, sea view.. who wants more? 🐚 The is from his farm, the sea truffles (which I loved) are wild and they dive for them. (Just to avoid the surprice, everything is raw, but if you consider this place, you probably know it 😄). If you don't say anything, Tony just brings the "standard" amount, on the picture is for 4 ppl (there is no menu). If you want something different, talk to Tony ^^ 13 kuna/piece, which is pretty good! We paid with cash (I don't think card is accepted), as I remember 360 kuna for the plate and 6 glass of (it wasn't my favourite, but it was okay). The restaurant itself is the pier/boat? floating on the water, we loved it! At €3/oyster & €3/sea truffle, served with some lemon on a disposable hardboard plate with no cutlery, no napkin and in a disposable plastic small glass, I was disappointed in the overall service charged at a premium price compared to what I’m used to in France. Nevertheless the and sea truffles were fresh and tasty. The view is nice but the actual tables and seating is rather rudimentary. Payment only cash without any receipt … Drove 40 minutes and arrived at 15:04, only to find the staff already relaxing with and happily informing us they were “closed” (apparently 4 minutes after the official time is too late). I kindly asked if they could make a small exception given the distance we travelled, but they suggested we just come back tomorrow. Great customer service — really makes you feel welcome. Such a hidden gem for people who just love and clams and don't want anything fancy. Fresh products, a nice smile from the owner and a cold glass of Malvazija. Everything is 3 euro a piece. People who complain about the price can try to find the same quality elsewhere. But you won't get them as fresh as here. We will be back when we're in the area. Took a trip to Tony’s where we tried for the first time with white wine. Staff were welcoming and friendly, were amazing with lots of toppings to add. Glass of white only €2 and €3 each, you cannot go wrong especially when 70% of the catch dies making these prices a bargain. Worth every penny 🦪 last farm in the area so great to support a local business. Highly recommend!!
