We had the pleasure of savoring the delicious 'jautienos tartaras' (beef tartar), 'ėriuko RUMP steikas' (beef rump steak) and 'Šonkauliai' (pork ribs). Moreover, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the chef for their assistance in accommodating the dietary needs of a person who had recently undergone an operation. The quality of food and experience was splendid in every way. The restaurant deserves sincere praise. Not often do you go to a place where every dish is executed perfectly, where attention to detail and choice of ingredients wows you. The food quality is on par with Michelin guide mentions. We had dinner, breakfast, and lunch time services. And all dishes were amazing. The rye bread with garlic (Lithuanian staple) has been reinvented, and perfected as mini loaves of rye bread, with a cheese filling. The best variant of bread with garlic that I have ever tried. Ribs were soft and succulent, falling of the bone. Duck breast was perfecrly pink, with tasty sauce and garnishes. Pancakes in the morning were so soft, and flavourful. Even gingerbread cookies, complementary with coffee at luch, were fresh from the oven. Attention to detail is a signature detectable in every dish.
