Firstly, I would like to commend the availability of an English menu, which was helpful. However, it was disappointing that none of the staff spoke English fluently. Additionally, there was a lack of engagement from the staff in terms of recommending dishes or checking in on customer satisfaction during and after the meal. Although the presence of a kindergarten and child seats was convenient for families, I found the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. The music, while enjoyable, did not compensate for this. Furthermore, the dish I ordered, the pumpkin soup and mussels main, did not meet expectations. The sauce was not as described, and the dish was served with flatbread instead of the expected fries. Additionally, as a pescatarian, I was surprised to find the bread smelling of bacon, which limited my dining options. Moreover, the service fell short when I requested plates from the waitress. Instead of handing them directly to us, she simply placed them on the table, which seemed indifferent and lacking in hospitality. Furthermore, the lack of soap in the restroom was concerning, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, my request was ignored as they were preoccupied with their phones. Based on my experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your establishment Bir Bur Bar and cannot recommend it to others. It is my sincere hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and I strongly suggest providing staff training to ensure a more positive and customer-oriented experience in the future. Pathetic... The location of this bar is really and strategic. It’s close to the bus station, just above IKI, making it a very convenient spot. The food was amazing, however the burgers do not come with fries and they have to be ordered separately. The burger is very filling and tasty. They do not have options for sauces and the burger is served with just ketchup. The waiter was nice and the food came in less than 20 minutes. There’s a variety of options to choose from and will surely visit again if I go to Birštonas. Worst BBQ ribs I’ve ever had in my life. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture, but they were basically just boiled ribs 🤮—no glaze on top, looks nothing like the photos. The kids ordered milkshakes, but the only flavor available was vanilla, and once again, they looked nothing like the pictures. If I wouldn’t heart recommendation before I wouldn’t decide to try since it’s in the second flour of IKI and near by the bus station. The food was perfect and full of taste. Burger with duck meat: balance of taste was surprisingly perfect. Fish and chips meet every expectations. I'm not against high prices, but yes, they are as high as in Vilnius and Kaunas, even higher on some dishes! But if I'm paying the price I expect food which is made fresh. All ordered food was brought immediately but it can't be called warm. Fries were oily and felt like leftovers collected from other tables (hope no), fried bread with cheese was cut in very small pieces and oily. Soup cold and oversalted. Resume,if they can not prepare snacks to enjoy, then main dishes don't attract me and I leave. And won't come back... Pirmas 15 min padavejos puole viena per kita priimt užsakymu , o po to visa vakara nepriėjo, teko kviestis. Paklausus apie gerimų kainas-NEPADAVE MENIU o liepe nueiti patiems prie baro ! Nepriimtina klientų atžvilgiu ! Prasta vieta, o atvykome iš Kauno , į šventę.
