Simply lazy and they will ruin your holiday. The owners of the place should look how badly MISS HILDA and WENDY are handling the customers. After holiday I requested my deposit to be refunded, various emails sent and always met with new excuses, many phone calls and I always get promise to get this sorted the same day and another week silence. Another discussing thing is only 1.5h window for the checking. If you can’t make it you will need to look for the hotel in the area. I have traveled whole the world and did not see such small checking window. Simply lazy people. Park has no attractions whatsoever. Kempen, ZIlvermehr, Sunparks, only half an hour away and have everything you need to have your kids busy and have lots of fun. If they ever see me again that will be only with the police as I presume they not willing to give back the deposit, even that there was no fault from our side. Beautiful spot to relax near a busy town. The airport is close by, therefore it’s not the quietest but still… We were with camper: wc and shower spotless clean , your “own” space big. The only inconvenience is the garbage, that you have to pay for throwing it in containers. Swimming pool also ideal, but for full season its too little. The cafeteria has enough options for having lunch or dinner. And the frozen cappuccino… i am in love 🥰🥰🥰 We had a bad experience with the who was unfriendly, unprofessional, agressive and had terrible communication skills, making our check-in experience unnecessarily complicated by failing to communicate enough in advance that the check-in window was only until 16:30, (which is also an unusual and lazy rule to begin with). Our check-out experience was even worse and involved the manager shouting at us over the phone and barging into our accommodation. It took 25 long days and many many emails to finally receive my security deposit back. I cannot say anything bad about the place itself, nice clean and modern accommodation in a leafy green area. For the price we paid it would have been nice to have bathing towels and basic toiletries, and at least arrive there to already made beds and not having to make them yourself. I would avoid this accommodation in the future as it was not worth the headache induced by unprofessional and administration. Super site. We just turned up and what an excellent stay we had.Clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, music in the sanitation blocks and a good beer at the bar.Friendly and helpful What more can you ask? We will be back! Booked a room here. And canceled again. They were not flexible at all with the Check In, they dont answer the calls and are not really trying to find a solution for me as a client. I paid the whole amount for the room than after i needed to pay again the Deposit before 5 PM otherwise i could not check im so they putted me under preassure which is not nice at all. Never again. Too complicated to book something here. They say I can pay Deposit by cash and after they say you need to pay before 5PM otherwise you need to sleep on the streets, thats ridiculous. Never again! Where do I start. Booked through airbnb and had to pay 206€ extra when arrived. It’s not a small amount of money and the airbnb ad did not include this money in the itinerary. Then we couldn’t drive in anymore after 11pm because the barrier won’t open. We had to walk all the way to the cabin and it’s not a nice walk after being put and about until late. The floors in the toilet and shower are so cold that if you step on a bare foot you might have to amputate it from necrosis. As I’m writing we sit in a car infront of the reception as the airbnb ad said to check-out at 10am but no one is here to check us out before 11am???? How are you even giving this level of service. We are athletes and been in a big competition and EVERYONE WOULD OF NEEDED AN EXTRA HOUR OF SLEEP. They asked us to take the trash out after paying hundreds of extra otherwise we would of had to pay even more. They also didn’t provide us toilet paper!? No soap, no dishwashing liquid. We will definitely not stay anywhere near this place next year when we come back to Eindhoven. AVOID! Nice clean house and green grass, but unfortunately the ruined it all for us. The owner is not someone who should be working in hospitality or any customer facing role for that matter. I'm not sure which part was worse. But getting our door flung open by the owner without knocking, and screamed at while still in bed, because of something that was faulty on their end, is definitely up there! As nice as the place itself is, I would avoid at all costs due to the aggressive and unprofessional staff. Will not be coming back.
