It was not busy, no customers inside, and only one table busy outside. We went inside, had a look at the ice flavors and waited. 5 staff members were standing at the end of the counter having a blast, chatting and laughing. One guy came over, my husband said we're checking the flavors and the guy... Left. Zero help, zero recommendation. We had questions but nobody to ask as they were all still standing and laughing. Finally the guy came back, we ordered and we were told that we can't sit in the premises.
