The place consist of lots of strangely shaped buildings with holes for to climb through. The layout is a bit chaotic, but that's also part of the charme that Land brings. It's better to avoid this place if it is too warm as most of it has been constructed in greenhouses. Also bear in mind; this place is huge. The small restaurant is with friendly personel. Only reason why it is not worth 5 stars is due to the poor (the various varieties where no where to be found due to the weeds covering them) Nice. Unexpectedly big. Lots of dust... and warm/hot indoor playground. Outdoor is good for running around & playing. Sandwich, pannenkoeken is good but pie is not. After seeing some reviews we were worried about the state of the but we were actually very pleasantly surprised. Mind you, we are adults :D to imagine ourselves as coming to such a fun concentrated park, as just as adults we very much appreciated the HUGE collection of everything with collected in the indoor part of the park. And then the halls with different fairytale kind of settings, animated characters and different games along the way. It was a bit too hot inside tho, due to the heat of the day so we noticed most of the played outside where they also have a big selection of places they can run around. Unfortunately their cafe was out of pastries when we paused to take a snack and I expected more focused dishes offered. But they probably always have fresh with cream which is also great! Big shop with lots of toys for and a couple of arcade machines next to it. A way to spend your day especially if you have :) This place is way bigger than you would expect and has lots to see. To bad most of the stuff looked ancient and kind of neglected. The indoor is fun for children as there's a lot to explore. It can get quite hot indoors, tho. We were led to believe you were allowed to pick strawberries, and one of the signs outdoors even stated this, but this was not the case. Too bad as my really looked forward to this. The outdoor part is even bigger than the indoors, with lots of play areas. Bring something to eat and you can easily spend a few hours here. The terras was fine. The food options were nice, but we'd expect to see more themed dishes and drinks. As a themed park, this should be the case, haha. Parking is free and has enough room. Must have been built in the 70/80s, hasn't been updated since. A small village to walk around inside basically a greenhouse, it was so hot inside. Gardens which are ok to walk around with some playground toys like swings. Restaurant was fine. Dogs are allowed on lead. Reminded me of a mini Efteling! 🍓 We got $5 tickets through Social Deal, which even came with a fresh smoothie. Super yummy! The is perfect for with tons of playgrounds, crawl spaces, and quirky little corners to explore. Honestly, I would’ve loved it here as a kid. It definitely has an old, whimsical charm that not everyone might appreciate, but I personally found it super cute and enjoyed my there. The cottage next door is adorable, and they offer plants for sell. Downsides: The store and menu could use more strawberry-themed goodies and food. If the store was nothing but related, it would make the initial impression much more appealing, as the store is the first thing you walk into. And if the restaurant had some more interesting choices, it could be a place people return to again and again rather than a one day trip. The could also use some maintenance, but they seem to be working on that. There are some blocked off areas but it seems they have cleaned up a bit according to older photo reviews. Overall, it’s quirky, charming, and fun for a little adventure - a sweet day trip if you’re in the area! 🌸✨ A place for younger children. The grounds are very spacious, and I suspect everyone will find something they enjoy. I recommend visiting on a cooler day or early in the morning, as we did, as it can get too hot in the greenhouse section. There's a sunscreen dispenser outside, which is a big plus. There are many different playgrounds. There's a bathroom with a changing table, a large dining area, a souvenir shop. It was a visit and we had some food, the could have some maintenance, everything looks old and damaged and not taken care of, it's a pity because otherwise I would give it a 4 star. Unfortunately we where not able to pick the because the ground needed to recover this year. So much potential gone to waste. As many mention there is a complete absence of and consideration for children’s safety. Some unsolicited business advice is to close off at least half of the and start doing proper and upgrades. Then perhaps slowly reopen sections where running is taken into consideration. Also, for a theme focused on 1 particular fruit, the café should have a lot more strawberry-related options. 2 stars for trying to preserve something that is in essence a sympathetic idea rooted in the area’s agricultural sector, though I haven’t seen any signs of improvement. Our children love this place! The strawberries, gnomes and pirates! Although it is true was most of the reviews here say, it could do with some maintenance, even just some dusting. I also would not recommend going on a warm day if sinse most of the indoors is inside a old greenhouse and it will get very hot. But you can always go to the playground and gnome fortress. We brought an entrance deal from Social Deal so it make thing much cheaper. I would not recommend going without any discount. The place is a bit rundown. Can use some renovating and upgrading. The part my son like most are the different tiny play grounds they have. It maybe to come with multiple kids. I loved it, but it needs a lot of restoration. It is very old but a good place for kids. the idea of ​​the place itself is great. the land of gnomes has its charm, we liked it very much. the rest leaves a lot to be desired. everything needs a general renovation, tons of dust and dirt. the playground inside was impossible to play on because of the amount of dust in the air. the terrace outside, supposedly but everything was destroyed, a playhouse for small children with broken boards on which our son cut his head and protruding screws and nails - no comment... the waiting for an order also has to be long. maybe we will come back someday, but definitely not soon. Unbelievable, this was a very sad and boring place. You only get a ticket for some ugly, dark, dusty toys. It looks like they just gathered some toys and stuff and left them there, without cleaning the dust for years. Also, there’s no possibility anymore to go to the open farm to see the real strawberries. They did not uodate the map. I do not recommend it. Dirty, dusty, looks almost abandoned. This place is not worth the 9 euro entrance fee. if you want to have a time, it’s better to go to the windmill just outside Meterik. We have booked tickets advance for this untidy and dusty place. Fun part is it’s a total waste. No one at the entrance is even bothered to check tickets or it is a free entrance. They should have mentioned it in the website. Just looting people. When it’s meant for kids, we expect the place to be hygienic. But, it’s total opposite. I have booked for puzzle tour expecting it would be a treasure hunt or something. All they gave me was a piece of crossword puzzle paper! Lol, it’s a waste of a lovely weekend and I believe no one from management even bothers to check this review. Another waste of time!!!
