I understand that since I speak English, the waiters may misunderstand me, so I simply open the menu and point my finger at the desired item. But quite often they bring me absolutely nothing that I ask for, something with the addition of several scoops of ice cream, including lemon, which I don’t like. Usually I just said that this is not what I ordered and they simply changed my order, but not today. At first, they brought me my order again, and when I said that this was not what I ordered, the waitress assured me that she had brought everything correctly. I tried the ice and made sure that they again brought me the wrong thing, I asked to replace it, but they brought me the same thing again, but only without a scoop of lemon ice cream. On the third time, they finally heard me and brought me just frozen yogurt with warm raspberries, but they asked me that next time I say that I just want yogurt and raspberries, without vanilla, without lemon, and other things... I felt a little offended, I literally just repeated that I wanted a specific item from the menu, but it turns out I needed to list some other types of ice that I under no circumstances want. I’m not a conflicted person and I’m not a fan of making public scenes, but I’m also not a fan of silently eating what I don’t want. Another waitress cheered me up a little, but I still left upset, with the feeling that they didn’t want to hear me. I’m also glad that I didn’t have to pay for the ice that I tried to prove that it was not what I ordered, although I was ready for the fact that I would have to do this. The establishment is excellent and the ice is very tasty, but please be more attentive to the customers🥲 Me and my girl went today to try the ice at Clevers and we enjoyed it very much, really nice taste and flavors.
