A fantastic location with so much to see and enjoy. There are great walks and of course the and its surroundings are amazing. There is even an old ruin behind the and a stunning stone bridge, I loved it you will too, cheers Really beautiful but don’t make the mistake we almost did. around the building at the first waterfalls and there are stairs which lead you to some beautiful sites. Lovely place to and beautiful trees The doggie loved it 😊 Parking space was limited. Walked the road to the waterfall. Easy and scenic along the river . Walked back on the path higher up through the trees. This is a lovely, easy wooded walk. It is especially nice that there is a bus stop right at the entrance, so it is more accessible than some other hiking spots in Wexford. Such a beautiful place to have a nice walk. The at the end is an absolute delight. Its a small walk, which you could complete in less than an hour. I said an hour as you could end up taking so many pictures along the way. This place is a heaven for photographers. As you start your trail, you are surrounded by these tall trees and a river on your right. The sound of the birds chirping is so peaceful to hear. The end of the trail gets you to an amazing waterfall. There is a small bridge built upwards that takes you right to the top of the waterfall. This bridge is located right next to the generators. You return the same path that you have entered. There is a small car park at the entrance. Just be mindful as the entrance to this woods is on a curved uphill road. As the woods are on the right, and the road bends to the left. So a little difficult to see cars coming from the left. There was a huge pothole right on the entrance which was hard to see while turning your car right at the entry. There are no benches or washroom in the woods. So be mindful of that. Please be advised that the ground was wet due to the rain, and was muddy. So I would suggest not to wear your good shoes for the trail. Good place to and click photos against backdrop. It doesn't have a large place for parking. Edenvale Woods and is a stunning hidden gem! The lush greenery, peaceful trails, and soothing create a perfect escape into nature. Ideal for relaxation, photography, or a quiet walk. Highly recommend visiting this serene spot in Wexford!
