It was a good visit. We enjoyed our day here. There are many inside, some of the slots were empty as they were doing renovations. The ticket price was ok, but I think they could have separate pricing for adults and kids. The staffs were very helpful. There is even a playing area inside for the kids. The toilets were just ok and need some maintenance. The and food were not that great. Not sure why they don’t allow outside food. "Wildlife Park" is very misleading and fictional when describing the place. One automatically thinks "fota island" in Cork. This place is a pet farm. It is in direct need of a major revamp. It's shabby and neglected looking. On arrival you bring your car onto a dirt track so called car park. First impressions last and the first impressions was "look at the state of the place" While the appear to be well looked after there are a few areas that need to be tidied big time. For example the area that once housed the foxes (now RIP) that housed a goat and the area was overgrown with weeds and grass. People are advised not to feed the new Alpacas, the shed they were lead to is like a derelict shed. It seems a huge shame that the place claims to have rescued who were used for laboratory testing, and yet they cage them like a zoo. The outdoor bouncy castle is an accident waiting to happen, not inflated enough and very unstable. I definitely would not go back again and would not it for real animal lovers. Just an hour and a half from Dublin, Secret Valley Wildlife Park is an absolute gem for families. It’s the perfect place for to get real hands-on with animals. Feeding the baby goats was a real highlight for us – such a lovely, gentle interaction. The older loved feeding the big goats, alpacas, and llamas too. It’s a proper up-close encounter that’s both fun and educational. The park also has brilliant facilities for kids’ parties, with loads of space and a setup. The fully stocked coffee shop was another big bonus that was a spot to unwind after exploring. All in all, it was a really memorable day out. The animals, the friendly staff, and the overall made it one we won’t forget. Can’t it enough! experience! Came here just for the capybaras, but ended up spending a half day here. They'll give some food to feed alpacas and baby goats. It's included in the ticket price. There's some handling session which will love it. Restaurants are clean and serve varieties of foods and drinks at a reasonable price. It was Toby the tortoise’s birthday, and the fact that they gave a goody bag to everyone to celebrate was absolutely lovely! Being able to feed some of the was a experience, especially for children. The seemed well cared for, though I felt a bit uncomfortable seeing the monkeys and otters in their enclosures due to the limited space. Other than that, the were incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed our visit. We also got to pet some of the animals, which was a extra touch! I’d definitely the visit. night had at the Adult Scary Night. The cornmaze Massacre was Done very well. Lots of rooms to and plenty of scares along the way. Excellent Excellent day out, plenty to see and do besides all the animals. selection of unusual animals, Animal food given to feed llamas and alpacas Lots for including an indoor and outdoor play areas and a playground. Every member was and happy to answer any questions we had. We will certainly again! for a short visit. seem happy enough, well-fed and chilled out. Monkeys could do with more space and stimulation. Carers are nice to talk to. Nothing gluten-free to eat on the menu at the cafe. We go here every year for pumpkin picking and always have a time. This year for my mams birthday I bought her the meerkat and porcupine because meerkats are her favourite animal and she loved it!! We both had a time, the keeper was so and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend! This is such a special place, many rescued and grounds to explore. Worth a to spend with a variety of and their stories. The has no marked vegan options and serves a lot of animal products which is sad as a lack of joined up thinking. Some they rescued some they will kill and serve. Hope they can at the very least offer specific vegan food in the future. This would make it 5 stars. 11/10 experience! Will definitely be returning!! So many to see and all well cared for and looked after. were so lovely, grounds are kept really well. We didn’t get to eat in the but will definitely the next time! The only criticism is that you will need wellies or a change of shoes as although we went in February it still needs better walking paths so you are not in mud and muck half the Really place. The witches village and the pumpkin patch were so much fun, lots to see and do. The were very friendly and helpful, even offering to take photos in the Halloween areas. Its a suprise to see that some people didn't have good experiences because we couldn't have been happier. The girls are already insisting on coming back next Halloween.
