The spa area is okay too. Highly recommend for a relaxing mountain holiday. It has really excellent service, beautiful and quiet location in the forest, close to the Rila 7 lakes lift. Furthermore it has everything you need after being in the mountains (sauna and food and wine in the restaurant). We have been here twice in summer and we will be back. Breakfast was pretty decent. We ended up extending our stay here and I could not recommend it more. The Residence is tucked away in a beautiful spot in the Rila Mountains with views of the surrounding forest and a very relaxing atmosphere. The service we received here was better than at any place I have stayed. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, even providing guests with information about daily conditions in the mountains for those planning to go up to the Rila lakes. And to top it all off, the fresh breakfast every morning is among the best I've had.
