I like this Spa. Good fitness /gym. Could do with better equipment but still good. Pool and spa are amazing. 👍❤️ There was no option to book for the spa area on the website, however when we arrived on the location we were told that we needed to book beforehand and apparently there was no room(?) for the main spa area. 1 star. Had the pleasure of using the sauna, pool and jacuzzi here before getting a from Naïa which was amazing. Great way to unwind and relax after a long day. kind stuff, everything else is very bad, dirty water, dirty saunas, people without etiquette, everyone leans with their bare skin on the wood in the sauna, girls after training in the pool enter the directly without a towel, the Turkish hamman does not produce enough steam and there are no small showers in to the hammam for rinsing, that's why everything is very slimy, it's not worth it! After multiple visits with my partner, I fully recommend the Dao experience. The place is beautiful and very pleasant, the staff is friendly and the massages are very (and priced correctly ☺️). Highly recommended! Extremely unkind and unprofessional reception service. Actually, no service culture at all. Came here for a much needed day of relaxing. We booked 2 day passes and a couple’s massage. If the list below is too long for you: lovely massage, but if we hadn’t booked it beforehand, we would’ve left after 20 mins walking around in the wellness area. The second star is purely for the massages. Pro’s - very friendly staff, everyone was walking around respectfully and with a smile on their face - everyone also spoke both good English and French - nice and professional massage, with a heated bed and heated oil, and a check-in beforehand on any issues/preferences - you can tell a lot of money was invested into all wellness facilities at some point years ago… BUT please read the con’s below for the full picture Con’s - !! bad upkeep of all facilities: mildew on the entrances, dark corners where the light doesn’t work, loose pieces of tile in the dark (no lights) hammam, broken lockers in the changing rooms, rust next to the pool (tiles and metal parts), a hammam that wouldn’t steam up properly, salted walls in one of the that need some tlc after so people leaning on them (salt rims that appear from bad care),… - !! bad cleaning, or better said, no cleaning: dirt stains all over (in hallways, sauna’s, changing rooms,…), used tissues next to the jacuzzi, dust and hair in the corners,… I was hesitant to walk barefoot, you could feel the floor wasn’t clean - although there are different types of sauna’s, there’s no drinking water to be found anywhere. We understand that different juices and snacks (available at reception) are not included, but water seems to be health wise a minimum to provide - it was pretty cold too, especially in the calm/resting room. After our muscles in the sauna, they tensed right up from the temperature difference after laying there for a bit. With current circumstances (inflation, energy prices etc) we certainly understand heating less, but then blankets would’ve been much appreciated - people who booked a without wellness were directed to the same calm/relaxing room, making it a bit awkward for both them and the people relaxing/sleeping in there in their bathing suit - the tiniest remark for the massage: the background music constantly changed abruptly without a fade-out/in, which would wake me up anytime I started to fall deeper into the relaxation Excellent Terrible service, we booked in advance and were denied acces when we showed up. Great place, with very qualitative care. The Spa side has all the types of rooms, remaining at a small scale. A haven of peace Very dirty and badly maintained. Water in the pool had too much chlorine. Water looked cloudy. We immediately got itchy eyes. Jacuzzi had also too much chlorine inside. The saunas and and the hamam have not seen any cleaning for a long time. We found lots of rubbish, mold and sanitary stuff. In my opinion, this place should be checked by department of health and cleaned thoroughly. Rude reception staff, refused to give me a towel without paying for it. This insinuated i’m going to steal a towel, absolutely terrible rude staff member with no customer service ideas whatsoever!
