Klein und gemütlich. Das Personal ist wirklich nett. Es gibt ganz tolle Entspannungsmöglichkeiten und einen tollen Garten. Bei schönem Wetter kann man hier besonders gut relaxen. Last Friday, my partner and I visited Finlantis, a place we’ve enjoyed multiple times in the past as regular visitors to spas and saunas. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge letdown, and we’re uncertain if we’ll return. We made a reservation for two massages and a day ticket, intending to include their meal deal for a small discount. After payment (€160), I tried to arrange this, but the receptionist—an older lady with glasses—was incredibly rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. When I inquired about their birthday deal (it was my partner's birthday on the 26th, but the was closed that day), her attitude worsened. After we paid, she abruptly dismissed us in an unprofessional manner, clearly wanting to get rid of us. The situation was escalated to the manager, who attempted to resolve it. However, since we had paid by card, he couldn’t offer an immediate solution. He assured us that the issue could be addressed at the end of the day. After this rough start, we decided not to eat there. We used the and had our massages but left directly afterward, feeling stressed rather than relaxed. At the reception, I had to explain the issue all over again. The gentleman there acknowledged the situation and offered €6 as compensation, supposedly the difference for the meal deal we didn’t take, I think. I refused this token gesture because the problem went far beyond the monetary value—it’s about the experience and the way such a place take care of their customers. A spa day should be about relaxation, not stress. Given this unpleasant experience and poor customer service, it’s difficult to imagine returning to Finlantis. We expect much more from a place we’ve enjoyed in the past, and this visit was a significant disappointment. Wonderfull place te relax. Clean, good personel. Da es im 30km holländischen Centerpark keine mehr gibt, sind wir übers internet zum Finkantis gekommen. Äusserlich unscheinbar, aber saubere und feine Anlage mit 3 Saunen, für mich ausreichend. Aufgüsse waren gut zelebriert. Aussenbereich schön. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Gut fand ich, dass Taschen nicht mit in den Sauna-und Ruhebereich mitgenommen werden dürfen. Habe schon erlebt, dass Gäste im Ruhebereich minutenlang in ihren Taschen wühlten, reisverschluss auf und zu, plastikflasche raus und rein usw. Hier war das zum glück nicht so. Opgietingen zijn professionele en worden met veel passie gedaan. Fijne rustige kleinschalige bij ons net over de grens bij Venlo. Heerlijk relaxen in de sauna, genieten tijdens een opgieting, tot rust komen in de tuin met een boek. Ik kom er graag na een drukke werkdag, of gewoon tijdens een vrije dag. Opladen en naar huis Voor mij echt de allerfijnste sauna. Schoon, rustig, goed onderhouden, heerlijk buiten gebied, elk uur een opgieting. De sfeer rondom personeel is erg familiair. Het eten is ge-wel-dig & de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is top. Ik doe hier met heel veel plezier de opgietingen maar kom hier als gast ook enorm graag! Ich komme regelmäßig am Wochenende ins Finlantis - tolle Saunalandschaft mit Panoramasauna und tollen Aufgüssen. nettes Personal, welches sich immer viel Mühe gibt. Schöne, gepflegte Aussenanlage mit Liegewiese. Tolle Mottos, besonders begeistert haben uns die 3 holländischen Saunameisterinnen am 21.2.2025 mit Ihrer Saunareise mit Musik durch die ganze Welt - das war großartig und mein schönstes Saunaerlebnis überhaupt. Eine schöne, kleine, gemütliche und gepflegte Saunalandschaft. Für mich genau die richtige Größe. Die Aufgüsse sind erholsam und es wird auf (Duft-)wünsche eingegangen. Besonders toll sind die Tage an denen Lambert da ist. Er kennt viele Gäste beim Namen und trägt zu einem wohltuenden Tag bei. Auch das restliche Personal ist immer freundlich. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt. Maybe change it to relaxing spa music? And the squeaky slippers of the person during the morning session doing the aufguss is more pain to the ears than being able to relax! Review the music please! Also the last session of chill out had no music at all. Restaurant / salt and steam room is all connected and so loud you almost feel like you are in a market ! Maybe ask the guests in reception to stay quiet and respect other guests by being quiet? Finlantis is een kleinschalige maar super gezellig. Elk uur een opgieting met heerlijke geuren en er zijn ook regelmatig events met thema. Gisteren een event om 17.00u-23.00 u van Simone het thema "voorjaars ontwaken op zijn Fins". Alles was erop afgestemd met heerlijke dropgeuren en droplekkernijen in de opgieting. Het was weer super genieten de hele dag. Chappeau ook aan het hele team van finlantis die hun uiterste best doen om de gasten een heerlijke ontspannen dag te bezorgen. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a relaxing it was supposed to be. It was nothing of the sort only Rudde staff who worked there and the boss was even worse to talk to. It was like a concentration camp. I found myself at a pint where there were 10 staff around including the Bosss just shouting and arguing with me not wanting to listen to anything I had to say he asked me to leave and I agreed if he would give me a refund and he denied the refund. This was the worst experience and the rudest staff I have ever met and the boss was not human. This place should be shut down and everyone should be fired from there it would maybe better getting a job if the concentration camps reopen.🫡🚧 Prachtige gemoedelijke sauna, met leuke opgietingen! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en voelt heel familiair aan. Mijn favoriet is de lapland waarbij iedereen een drankje de saunacabine in mag nemen & er gekletst mag worden. Verder is er buiten een gigantische openhaard waar na een opgieting koffie verwarmd wordt en uitgedeeld wordt aan de gasten.
