Really struggled with this one. There is no doubt that the 2p are rigged to limit the number of wins. I also noticed a number of prizes with 2p sellotaped to the bottom. Having said that we played the claw that were 4 in a square and won a number of prizes. We also had an issue with one of the change giving and this was resolved with no issue by the manager who was friendly and helpful. I can understand some of the other reviews but from personal experience this was a fun way to spend an hour. Manager very arrogant and I've never seen a arcade so rigged. 2p constantly been pushed back . The other are very friendly and helpful (Just not the manager on a number of visits) Fun for the kids but don't expect to win anything. There is so many on the 2 p that the bottom tray of never move. I also saw a member of changing the position of the and rearranging the 2ps, making it pretty much impossible to win. Gave up after a few goes as the never moved at all. Bit of a scam I think so beware AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM ARTISTS Everything is rigged to lose. Spent £60 in here because our 4 year old was so desperate to win anything even just some sweets. Put at least £20 in a single 2p only won 3 2ps back! I could hear the money dropping but not in the winning slot. Every time we tried to play a game it just swallowed the money, were reluctant to help. The Grab were not paying out at all, £30 in as we always win something usually, I stopped and looked around and not a single person had a stuffed toy out of the grab machines. The were constantly opening the grab and moving the back to unreachable places. I have never seen grab being ‘tidied’ so often, making it impossible to win by knocking into the win holes. I people watched for around 10 mins and not a single person had won anything. Feel so silly for getting sucked in and spending past our initial budget. Especially after coming here to leave a review to see everyone else having the same experience! Do not entertain the idea of spending your money in there you will leave empty handed! This place is disgusting. Fraudulently run to steel your money with zero chance of winning a penny back. Yes of course arcades are designed to win in the end but this place is not even giving you the chance of fun. They have loads of 2p slots where they appeal by having £5 notes hanging close to the edge. Truth is they are weighted down and you have no chance. I put £2 in 2 pences in same machine. Pushed loads of top shelf, but they then just get pushed off to a mystery hole at the sides that you never see. To make it worse the moment you walk away, an attendant comes over, opens the and adjusts everything back to a reset. Not a single 2 pence came back off 100 coins. Come on. The grab are even worse. Same process of adjusting constantly from attendants, but fraudulently, they also have taped and wights to labels on the teddies, so the grabbers have no chance. Personally I couldn’t care less to lose a few pounds, but this is kids holiday money. You are simply thieving from children. Probably worth the gaming commission having a look at these lot. Most accurately stealing ! clearly rigged, we put plenty into the 2p and not one out. As the coin drops to the lower level the jumps up instead of moving forward like the lower level is glued, and didn’t hear one coin drop from any machine. And as for the claw machines, the soft are weighed down with attached to the labels clearly seen and if you are able to move one close to the drop the are very swift on moving it away again. Never seen reset a as often as in here. And looking around we didn’t see 1 person with a soft toy. You can hardly move in there and 100% don’t bother as it’s clearly set to take only and no wins! I don't usually leave reviews but in this instance I thought I had share my experience. The 2 penny are stocked, very well stocked in fact, that's because we found it impossible to win! not even another 2p. It's supposed to be a bit of fun ! Very disappointing sadly we will not be visiting the amusements again !
