A very place to enjoy with friends, family or partner. The ambient is really good. A lot of space, bar and several games. We went to the bowling. It is a equipment, but a bit slow, losing to rearm the pins. In the last 70 seconds, the machine had issues to put the pins in place and completely stopped to work. As the was almost over, we didn't care. But I would recommend the staff to put a worker in the bownling area, to promptly help in situations like this. There was nobody there. I also recommend to put numbers in the lockers. So, my first experience was great and positive in overall. This was our second visiting. We did the prison island and crazy golf combo. Prices are fair and activities are fun for everyone. Next we hope to do the escape room and maybe karaoke or bowling. The place is clean and friendly staff. We haven’t tried the food yet but drinks are good, just a little on the high price but doable . Wonderful atmosphere and a strong welcome feeling! ❤️ We went for 2h of and it was fun. Space is clean, staff was friendly, drink selection - we didn't try the food but the menu looked good. We will for sure go back for some other activities. Very fun! Lots of alleys, really creative mini golf, lots of space and sit places. Aesthetically pleasing and the toilets are clean. Kind and helpful staff as well! Only downside was food. Veeery small portions Anjana was very kind and helpful throughout our visit. He assisted us with several things we needed and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Really friendly service and much appreciated. When I first walked in I thought what an excellent set up! A great variety of entertainment for all ages. We booked a lane for 5 people. I was surprised to see you only get 55 minutes which begins immediately. You lose filling in names. I’m a size 48 shoe and there weren’t any. I wasted looking everywhere. There is a very small selection of balls so you have to “make do” sharing with the lane next to you. That meant you are wasting waiting for the ball you can use. On top of that, the system that sets up the pins is a string system which is frustratingly slow. We ordered a round of drinks when we started which took 30 minutes. The place wasn’t full either. In general it was disappointing for the bowling. When we finished we decided we would play pool as there were a couple of tables free. However, they were surrounded by a group of young guys who have beer glasses on the table. No respect. This should be better policed by the staff. The place could be better managed that’s for sure. I certainly won’t go there again for bowling. The evening was terribly ruined. The waiters were rude. We waited an hour and a half for our order. Even though people who arrived later received theirs much earlier. When we asked why it was taking so long, they were rude to us. Then, as it turned out, they forgot about us. And they were rude several more times. In the end, they didn't even bring us everything we ordered. Even though they took our money right away. This was on the evening of October 17, 2025. We had a great afternoon The kids and us enjoyed our self a lot My friend proffered the idea of going to The HangOut at Ringers Winkel centrum rather than Victorie Plaza. It was an instant hit. I was sold. It had a Gamestate-like area, roll boards, pool tables, a prison island, an escape room, a karaoke area, a mini golf area, an interactive playing and a grand with 9 lanes. It was an absolute blast. I cannot wait to go back. It has become my favorite recreational in Alkmaar and probably in the Noord-Holland region.
