Great Customer Support! i ordered something wrong, wrote an email and they fixed it and shipped the goods on the same day! thats not how it should be, this is over the top. had this even 2 times and they helped me right away. just ordered what I forgot, they payed back the shipping costs of the second and put it to my first one. However first time for everything, I received an that wasnt mine and my credentials were inside. I ended up paying for the custom fee here in Canada, as per usual. However it wasnt what I ordered in the box. So I contacted customs to verify, and they said the I was charged was my that had the list of items, however what was in the box wasnt what was on the and on the customs sheet. So I emailed Skirmshop, they mentioned it was an issue on their end and are currently working on my actual order. They worked with me to send my I paid for. Told me to keep the that were sent, which was unexpected. However, I was expecting just my in the mail, and as an apology for the mistake they said theyre going to work on bettering their services. They also through in 5 high quality patches, 3 stickers, and I appreciated the gesture. So I still will be giving them my patronage, as that is rare for a business to say: “ hey its our mistake, heres what we’ll do, you keep that, and we will ship out your parcel with a faster delivery service to you. And for the trouble throw in some patches” so I appreciate that gesture and appreciate the services they provide.
