The customer service can be hardly described as warm but if you throw in a smile, you usyally get a nice "Tchüß" in return. The quality of bread and pastries is not very high, and in my humple opinion, I would choose Lidl anyday for bread, strudels and Burek over Edi. It seems that most of the stuff (sweet pastries, burek, pizza slices are all made of the same dough and therefore taste pretty much the same here I often crave for burek, but here it is just ridicously salty and it gets my face gets swollen. The stuffing of Topfenstrudel has horrible cheese-like consistency and also has too much salt in it. Apfelstrudel ok but still a dissappointment. Pizza slices are not like real pizza but they are one of the best products here and they keep me coming back for Sunday treats. Also coffee is good.
