Horrible service, I gave the place 4 chances but never again. The waitresses are rude and super slow. Tables are dirty, they don't even have enough menus and glasses. It takes ages to take or bring your order but they hunt you down to recuperate the glasses, cutlery, etc. They don't advise about last orders before closing time and if you order too late they will serve you and 5 minutes later kick you out. Avoid! It was my first and last visit. I asked the two very surly staff on duty for a hot Cappuccino. I felt if I was a hinderence rather than a customer. So eventually it arrived and it was cold not hot as I requested, so I just paid and left disappointed. The interior is good except for the tired dirty rugs and dim lighting due to some bulbs not working. So this was based on my experience 🤔 Awful experience. We stopped for few drinks and i was told off by staff to hide a takeaway coffee from Costa or trow it away if we want to stay in🤔. Apparently the owner doesn't like other brands in his place. We found a better place (Kaius) This is a small Cafe close to the Center of Piatra Neamt. Friendly people, coffee, tea blends, sweets and sandwiches, wine and beer. Last time we've been here they had a couple of offers for all the tastes. After visiting the city, you can stop here for a break, enjoy! I've only been here for the drinks and they did not disappoint; meaning I cannot rate the food. However the service was so bad and it made me so impatient and stressed, only one waiter who moved like a snail and it took for ages for them to bring the drinks and the check. The atmosphere was fine, pop music, not too loud, did not bother me. I gave two stars for the service only because I felt bad for the waiter, they were nice, but man waiting 30 minutes for a check, when the restaurant's not even full, is nit acceptable and I don't see how other people can be ok with that I was so excited to find a place where I could order a Matcha in Piatra Neamt. Location is great, and I had hopes for a real treat. Imagine my surprise when I received my tea… If that was real Japanese Matcha there was something wrong with the whole thing. It clearly shows a lack of knowledge and understanding of the product and how it should be prepared and presented. It is undeserving to be called Matcha. It was clearly the worst experience ever. Area is great but service is very bad!! We had to wait for hours before they came to us. All menus are on paper but if we want to order, it is not there (not real). A very pleasant place for a discussion over coffee.
