We had a stop at the restaurant for a lunch and we didn't regret. The food and service were good. The soup was better than the second dish. I would suggest the chef to rethink the meatballs in the "perișoare soup", they were too hard. It's not a top restaurant, but a choice for a break on your trip. Now is renamed, the area in which is located is not the best, if you dont know to look for it you will overlook it. But once you enter everithing is wow: location and clean, service, place for the kids to play and the food...amazing. Jad sea food pasta, some beef trepe soup and pork legs. The food was delicious, a very surprise - we did not expect such food in the area. We were a big group, and everything that was ordered was extremely good. But the waiting time - oh wooooow. We waited 2 hours for the food to arrive, even the drinks took 40 minutes to arrive. Most welcoming and host, the food was very good, but mostly you have to try "Caciula lui Guguta". It was the best desert I ever had in my life. We stayed in the place for a breakfast. We were surprised by the stylish interior, modern facilities and staff ( they patiently waited for our order,as we didn't know Romanian). The portions are big, the prices are low, the presentation is like in a restaurant. This was the best meal in Romania (we traveled 6 days around the country). The owner is a friendly person, can speak languages. The food is really good, but it took a really long time to deliver it. We waited for more than 1 hour for the soups and then some more for the mains. If you enroll yourself on this trip, make sure that you have enough time and patience at your disposal. The food itself makes the experience better, but, overall, it was a negative one for us. The place is cold and I paid much more then expected because the menu contains price per weight unit (not for the dish itself).
