Fried trout was ok , soup sometimes good sometimes bad It’s a nice beautiful good must of the food fried , expensive no times a week for the food. Overall OK. Really good local restaurant. The fish we ordered was excellent and fresh. They raise the fish in the pond and then straight to the plate. We really enjoyed stopping there. Very much enjoyed the authenticity of the traditional Romanian food. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Large car park and for the ones visiting in the summer there is also a beautiful terrace from which you can admire the beautiful mountains. The interior decorations could benefit from a more thoughtful approach, but the quality of the food makes you want to come back. mic , ok ca si pret si gust. Nu va asteptati la super cherhanale. Took quite some time to get the food. All nice and fresh. The limonade was the only one which had a weird taste like it was used a sweetener to make it sweet... The papanasi could've use more gem... A highlight of the visit was the locally farmed grilled brown trout. An absolutely unpleasant experience! The service was absolutely disastrous and to make sense of this negative feedback I will list the facts: 1. I asked for pepsi or coke with a slice of lemon if possible! Of course this was not possible! This was absolutely not a problem, it was just that before we were brought our drinks, another meal with lemon drinks was served in front of us (granted, it was lemon water). We found this unprofessional but still didn't take it personally. 2. The soup is served there with bread rolls. I asked if they could cut them in half and fry them. Of course they couldn't! Surprisingly, they served toast with the roe salad, so the obvious thing to do was to offer us toast for the soup too, but that didn't occur to her... 3. I asked for grilled fish (as it was on the menu) but got it fried. We thought that was fine, maybe she misunderstood because it was very clear that the waitress was not customer-oriented. 4. While we were eating, some of the waitress's relatives came and sat down near our table. To our absolute astonishment, the waitress started spraying the foot of an elderly lady from the arriving group with a spray that was supposed to help her with pain. This topped it off for us, because on top of all her lack of hospitality, she also sprayed toxic fumes (so much so that we actually started coughing) to give us an absolutely unpleasant experience. When choosing this restaurant, we were guided by the reviews. If, like us, you are passing through and want a good, healthy meal, you should avoid this restaurant. Not the fanciest but very authentical "homemade" food. Got to try "Storceag" ( mixt fish sour soup) an the best "colțunași" ever had for dessert. Fast service, delicious fried fish, friendly host. Experiență neplăcută, personal neprofesionist, întrebi dacă sunt locuri un băiețel brunet te sfidează,nu-ți raspunde,o femeie ospătar îți rade în față și îți spune ,din mers, să aștepți. Mai amabili alți clienți au zis ca s-a adus nota la o masă și se eliberează curând. Mai departe ne-am așezat fără să șteargă masa(nu e prima dată când pățim asta acolo). Curățenia lasă de dorit în general, păianjeni nederanjati pe obiectele de decor, așezate pe pervaz si pe pereți. Degeaba mâncarea bună, dacă mai departe ai surprize până și la nota de plata(foaie scrisa de mână, fără bon fiscal), un preț pe meniu, alt preț pe acea fituica. Păcat ca nu contează satisfacerea consumatorului,se complac așa,banul iese, profită de lipsa concurenței din zonă la fel ca în multe alte locații! Super lekker gegeten. Authentieke sfeer! Ideaal zo dichtbij de grote weg. Hele vriendelijke hostess! Locatie simpatica, mancarea foarte buna, portii mari, timp de asteptare mic, personal amabil, preturi decente. Recomand! 👍 Personal slab calificat și insuficient. Atmosfera este fierbinte la propiu, climatizarea subdimensionată, totul arată ca și cum ar fi în reorganizare/lichidare, cu investiții minime. Mujdeiul de usturoi oribil, borșul de păstrăv o zeamă bună dacă îți este sete. Totul a fost perfect. După o vizită la extraordinar de frumoasa mănăstire Văratec, oprire reprogramată într-o parcare un telefon important. Privind în stânga a apărut o cârciumioară frumușică cu Păstrăv prăjit. Neavând așteptări foarte mari de la ceva de genul am rămas impresionați de mâncarea bună și confortul unei mese tihnite. Pretul cam cat o "shaorma cu de toate" dar mănânci peste adevărat. Deci....e ok. Locul este frumos, curat si bine îngrijit, iar mâncarea a fost gustoasă, nimic de reproșat din acest punct de vedere. Din păcate, experienţa generală a fost serios afectată de personalul slab pregătit. Lipsa de amabilitate si profesionalism s-a simțit pe tot parcursul vizitei, ceea ce a stricat atmosfera. Recomandăm! Servire promptă, mâncare delicioasă și porții generoase! O să revenim de fiecare dată când suntem în zonă. O experiență memorabilă la un prânz mai mult decât reușit,mâncarea la superlativ,servire ireproșabilă și un loc cu o energie aparte și oameni la fel.Multumim ziua de azi!!!! Din viata unui ospatar : Circula ideea ca :" Clientul nostru, stapanul nostru" ... din vasta mea experienta si diversele locuri de munca , unde mi-am castigat traiul, am tras urmatoarele concluzii: Clientul e stapanul atunci cand : - Clientul saluta cand intra intr-un restaurant/ terasa ( clientul nu sta cu botul in telefon ) - Clientul nu stie ce vrea fara sa consulte meniul ( sunt sanse ca el sa vrea anumite preparate nu sunt in meniu) - Clientii nu se pun la masa de 6+ persoane ,ei fiind doar doi - Clientul nu isi lasa copii sa alerge prin restaurant/ terasa acestea nefiind loc de joaca... clientul gandeste ca se lucreaza cu: cafele, ciorbe, supe fierbinti pot deteriora integritatea fizica a copilului intrand in coliziune cu muncitorii restaurantului -Clientul nu se grabeste cand vine la restaurant., conceptul de e a te simti bine si a te relaxa....pentru clientii se grabesc sa inventat fast- food.... - Clientul nu trateaza angajatii ca pe niste sclavi, e foarte posibil ca acei angajati sa aiba o cultura generala infinit mai mare ca al lor... - Clientul nu se comporta ca in sufrageria mamei lui... clientul intelege ca e intr-un loc public -In principiu clientul nu vine la sa bea doua cafele/ sucuri/ beri.... e , se mananca.. tocmai de aceea sunt cafenele/ berarii( in cel mai bun caz clientul intreaba daca vine la daca poate servi doar preparate din bar ) -Clientul nu isi face meniul pe gustul lui.... restaurantul face meniul si clientii ,in functie de meniu aleg restaurantul - Clientul nu are impresia ca daca are 100 de lei in portofel face legea...legea e deja facuta si el trebuie sa o respecte... -Clientul nu se adreseaza cu apelativul : " Ba / Ma/ Hei" angajatilor sa nu mai vorbim de fluierat... - Clientul lucreaza in domeniu nu se lauda cu asta...in special acel client intelege anumite greseli din partea colegilor de breasla si nu se da rotund.. ca si el greseste la randul lui, nu e nimeni perfect... -Clientul nu stramba din nas ca: " vezi doamne nu i-a placut lui" ... gusturile nu se discuta.. si fiecare are retetele sale ,pentru unii pot fi delicioase iar altii nu - Clientul nu compara preparatele restaurantului cu ce a vazut el la " Master Chef " acele preparate, prin complexitatea produsului pot fi si de trei ori mai scumpe... deci draga client, gandeste-te ca puiul cu gorgonzola( de ex.) Pe il vezi la " Master Chef are ingrediente mult mai scumpe decat ingredientele pe le au cele din meniul restaurantului... deci inainte sa fi penibil- ca tu stii cum se face ca ai vazut la tv- gandeste... daca ai primi un preparat ca la TV te va costa mult mai mult - Clientul nu umple masa cu posete/ telefoane mobile/ pampersuri...etc... -Si nu in ultimul rand personalul restaurantelor e format din oameni.. la fel ca si clientii... cu fix aceliasi nevoi, cu aceleasi emotii si cu aceleasi stari de spirit... PENTRU CEI CE RESPECTA REGULILE DE MAI SUS, DA... CLIENTUL NOSTRU E STAPANUL NOSTRU... CEILALTI Doamne Ajuta... sper sa se poata educa din ce am scris mai sus.
