Lovely campsite with mostly statics but also quite a few touring pitches which are fully serviced. Grounds are beautifully maintained and facilities are immaculate. Lovely staff. First night we were on pitch no 12 which is not far from the sewage treatment system and because I am a very light sleeper the noise kept me awake. Absolutely no smell, by the way just a soft drone that came and went. Other people we spoke to did not have the same problem but, as I said, I'm a very light sleeper. Next day the owners were very accommodating and we moved to another pitch. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach. There are lots of play areas on site for children and they all seemed to play together happily. Scenery is fantastic and after dark the site is quiet with no antisocial behaviour whatsoever. We would definitely come back again. Super smart and long established, well run site with laundrette, kitchen, shop (coffee!) and easy access to the beach across the road. Very clean facilities plus large external bins for recycling. Stayed here twice. We originally booked for 3 nights, lovely place, REALLY clean and well kept. We were in our motorhome and had a pick of pitches to park up with lovely views. Showers, toilets, camper kitchen and dish washing area were immaculate. We went to another place at the end of our stay, which ended up being pretty poor, turned around and went back to stay for another 2 nights ( 4 hour round trip ), and they were able to take us no problem. Lovely spot, quiet, lovely beach which was about 10 mins easy walk to. Will definitely be back. It's a beautiful site .but where caravan s are bit on top of each other could do with more concrete stands and bigger space . Toilets could do with a good clean under the toilets and corners . Shop expensive for little needs. Pleasant staff.. Beach is beautiful only across the road. Well run campsite, great facilities and staff. Fabulous scenery. 5 min walk to beautiful beach. Unfortunately only spending one night, would stay longer if I had the time. We are booked here for a week. We are so happy we are not moving on elsewhere for our 2 nd holiday week. We are staying on here . This park is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The staff are lovely ,the pitch is fully serviced the shop is well stocked , the facilities are spotless , the grounds are so well kept. We look forward to spending another happy week here. We will definitely be back. The campsite itself was decent, but the owner was incredibly rude. Making fun of Americans but then saying “but you’ve got the money”. Getting annoyed when I asked where the water refill and grey and black water dump sites were. Told me that it was disgusting to need to dump the black water. If the owner and crew spent a fraction of the time on their people skills as they do on the grounds upkeep it would be a HUGE improvement.
