Place was decoreted well, inside has a cool vintage design. Outside is pretty fresh. Prices are OK. Our group sat right in front of the bar for visibility. Despite that, we waited for more than 15 minutes to receive a menu and in the end we had to ask for it ourselves. The waitress had no idea what was on the menu and even almost argued with us that there isn't such product available. Mind that the conversation was held in Bulgarian, so we can't talk about a language barrier here. She also asked us to repeat half of the order because she didn't write it down and apparently forgot it. Eventually, she got our order but excused herself with the menu being recently changed. Even if that's the case, I think she should take some time to learn it better. What we also noticed is that another customer came inside to ask for his check because he had been waiting for over 20 minutes. We heard the staff dismiss his complaint loudly between themselves, which is terribly unprofessional and shows that they don't take complaints seriously. The place has a very pleasant vibe. However, the service needs a lot of improvement. Nice place, serving only coffee,soft drinks and ice cream. Free WiFi. Nothing good I would say for that place.
