Beautiful nature is something that always enchants a guest, but unfortunately that is also everything. Nevertheless, I highly recommend a visit to Kostanjevica in all seasons. A walk around the island around which the Krka River flows, a visit to the outstanding outdoor sculpture exhibition or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, you can always get that in Kostanjevica. Amazing public swimming spot. Rent a sup, kajak or just go for a swim. No matter what, you'll have a great time. Water is clear and going a lap or two around the island is a must. Restaurants are nearby offering a variety of food. Really I like this place. Great for paddle board Nice and calm water for a quick cool-off. Also great for (free) beach volleyball session with friends. To relax with ducks and swim with fishes... Priceless Perfect. Can't say enough good things. There is also a camperplace belongside tje river where you can camp for free for 72hours. It's free , the water is not deep and it's safe for kids. There is a nice parking lot.
