We stayed here in a privately owned house. Let me first say that you get what you pay for. And that we certainly have known... Not bad to be honest, but if you go for a holiday I can imagine you want to stay somewhere where it is nicer then your own home.... Reason why we stayed here was because they allowed dogs, was cheap, and you don´t pay the Croatian rip of prices, whilst you are within 15 minutes in Kroatie. The place we had smelled very bad and took the better part of a day to get the smell out or for us to get used to it. Also plan to bring towels and I think toilet paper as it's an added cost. Would love to go back. Great mobile houses. Everything you need inside.... Very close to the Thermal spa Unfortunately a flop! I fell for these terme because of the advertising, never again! The photos and pictures on the internet make everything look much better than it is in reality. We reserved a pitch with our caravan by the lake. Unfortunately, the lake was full of excrement and stank terribly when the wind blew in our direction. Millions of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the was extremely noisy, with no security to ensure peace and quiet. Many short-term campers who have no idea about netiquette on a campsite. The sanitary facilities were desolate, mould on the walls and an additional bad taste for the high price. We visited the Terme twice, which was enough for us. Lots of people (although the was only about 1/4 full, what's going on there when the place is full), extremely long waiting times at the slides (unfortunately not all were open either) and expensive prices. We wanted to return our wristbands, which allowed us to enter the Terme, but we wanted to stay at the for two more days so that we could go on our excursions. This was not accepted by the receptionist, you have to pay the entrance fee to the thermal baths every day, even if you don't use them. A bike ticket from the region cost 2 €, should be free. We did not visit the restaurants on the complex. The night before we left, there was loud music again until 5am. More appearance than reality this Terme Catez! Great holiday very close to the Kroation border. offers places for everyone from.simple fields for tent / caravan , different levels of cabins / clamping options and hotels. Park offers sufficient parking space for your car and inside the everything is on walking distance. The pools are really awesome and by far the best I have ever experienced on a campsite. There are inside and outside pools, slides, bars, and during the evening a smalle theme opens with some nice (expensive though) rides. We are currently staying here for a week. First positives: +Excellent water park, swimming area, indoor and outdoor! By far the largest we have seen and also a good effort to keep facilities clean! Full marks for it. +Plenty of restaurants inside and around the (few good ones are Huda pizza in brezice, Urska and Chuty inside the camping) +Indian night for kids is super fun The is huge and has broad roads, markings etc. But we are disappointed with the apartment quality and reception response. - The apartment does not have a coffee machine as promised while booking. -apartment is dirty, reading lamps are broken or not working, and the bathroom is very tight! -the response from reception is not satisfactory, this one I simply do not understand and not acceptable for me. Things can break, or be missing, but service should make up for it, we were simply turned away from reception with a blank face! I hope things will improve, as the water park, the weather, the location demands this should be a great camping. Pls improve maintenance and most importantly services from personnel Nice, campsite. Near to the entrances of summer and winter riviera. Toilets are large, clean. Also heated in winter time. We come back every year, it's one of our favourite spots for a short holiday. It's got all you need and more. We had a vacation house for 7 people from the Vacansoleil group. The camping is clean, has everything you need, from in- and outdoor swimmingpools, glides, attractions, eating, stores etc. It has it all. The showers and toilets are and up 2 date. The personnel is friendly and helpful. A beautiful with many swimming pools that look well maintained and many slides. We had a chalet and it seemed new, everything was very neat and clean. the streets are also very neat and clean. we only miss the entertainment a bit, there is a terrace and it closes at 11 p.m. I don't think there is much to do in the area either, Despite initial reservations due to numerous negative reviews, I can confidently say after a week-long stay at Camping Terme Catez with my teenagers, this place is definitely worth a visit. The campground is spacious with plenty of shade - a welcome relief during the hot summer days. The toilet buildings might be somewhat outdated, but they’re always and never too busy, with the showers always hot. The water and swimming pool are a real highlight - with a variety of fun slides and beautiful pools. There’s something for everyone, and ample spaces to relax. For a small fee, you can even rent sun loungers. The food service might leave a bit to be desired, but the fresh rolls and simple meals were just fine. The wellness facilities are also excellent. We enjoyed fantastic massages and treatments. Although nearby attractions require some driving, they’re worth the journey. A day trip to Zagreb, a visit to a local river-side beach club, and a nearby castle offered plenty of entertainment. The campground also hosted fun activities, such as an outdoor cinema. Of course, there were a few drawbacks. The infrastructure is a bit outdated, and some slides in the pool were not in use. It was also disappointing that the restaurants and bars weren’t a bit more cosy. The hotels on the site are quite outdated, and wouldn’t be my first choice for accommodation. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a laid-back holiday spot and you can put up with some outdated facilities, Camping Terme Catez is a great choice for a week-long getaway! Nicely arranged campsite, except for the older part of the campsite, for the winter Riviera (stationary accommodation) which is slightly worse arranged. The has solid, older sanitary facilities, and heated on colder days. The camping pitches are flat, large, spacious, equipped with electricity. The has a large number of stationary accommodation capacities, from various providers, from apartments, mobile homes, to larger glamping tents and a floating village on the lake in the campsite.
