This place is so much fun! We love the location go shopping our way lunch then play an awesome game! It can be pricey but it is worth it once you go one time you will end up going again! We had a fantastic time at sandboxvr Wiesbaden today shooting zombies, playing deadwood valley! Me and my husband did the two player mode, I had given him a coupon to go and play and I have to say that this was the absolutely gift as we both had so much fun!! We got help from Nic who explained everything really well for us in the introduction and help us pick our weapons and gave us helpful tips on how to play the game. He made sure that we were comfortable with our VRgoggles and everything worked out perfectly for us. Thanks again Nic, you really made this the perfect afternoon for us! We are definitely coming back to beat that high score!... totally hooked on the game! My friends and I will be back soon Exactly what I was looking for from a VR experience. We were a bit late due to a delayed train but Marlene was really nice and let us start later. She explained everything clearly. Would come again. In fact plan on going again We visited on a Thursday evening two weeks ago. First the positive: Sandbox is a lot of fun and I highly recommended it - when it works. We played “Deadwood Valley” The Negative: 1) We had to interrupt our at 4 times because the controllers (weapons) weren’t working. This completely ruins the immersion experience, especially when it takes the time to respond. We complained afterwards and the member just shrugged it off. Not cool. 2) We were not properly informed about the controller (weapon) choices. Each type of weapon can only be used once which was very unfair for if you didn’t get first pick and some of our group weren’t happy - especially since everyone is paying the same amount. 3) The body vests need to be snug, and since there is a lot of moving around they get sweaty. They are disinfected immediately afterwards. In my case I watched the person before take off the vest and saw it get disinfected - but this person was VERY Sweaty thus the vest also WET with sweat. I didn’t want to put that one on and asked if there wasn’t a dry one I could have - the member was annoyed and argued “but its clean” and its too complicated to get another. But after consulting his manager he was able to get me another one without much effort needed. Totally unnecessary bit of tension. 4) The on this particular evening didnt seem very happy that we were there - I don’t expect smiles all around but a little bit of enthusiasm for this expense bit of fun would be nice. Summary - it’s justifiably expensive, but for that price I expect the to work without interruption and the HW to work as it should, team members to react quickly to problems, and I want dry equipment. It was a experience. The video “split screen” only shows in one screen, I don’t think is showing correctly. The headphones sound was super loud and the tech couldn’t adjust the volume. Die Organisation war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend – alles war perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und kompetente Team, das stets hilfsbereit war und dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. The was amazing, Lukas was our designated Sandbox VR member who was very patient and accommodating. He spoke English excellently, and ensured we all had a (even when we got too into the knocked off some of the sensors--sorry again). The location is right in the mall so there are plenty of food options for before or after you're done working up a sweat. All in all, it was a venue, location, and times. An absolutely thrilling experience! The level of immersion and teamwork required in the Sandbox VR made it feel like we were truly inside another world. The visuals were stunning, the gameplay was intense, and the whole setup was incredibly well done. Highly recommend for groups looking for a unique and action-packed adventure! Unglaublich geiles Erlebnis, eine mega Einweisung vom Pam er ist super freundlich und kompetent 👍💪immer wieder gerne. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal hin gehen kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen vor allem unter der Einweisung vom Pam läuft alles reibungslos. 😍 Kids loved it. Jenny and the other were very patient and understanding that it was a kids birthday. The kids would have played all day if allowed. A family event to do together. I recommend for everyone.
