This was our first at MySpa and we had a wonderful time. I would suggest to book very early in advance as we tried several times to get an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and explained everything. The was very nice and extremely clean. The only negative was, that the water massage bed didn't work right, but we got a gift certificate for our next visit. We will definitely be back. Loved it. Love the privacy sauna and jacuzzi all to myself plus food service. I give it 10 out of 10. Wow, what an experience! I went to this spa in Mannheim for the first time, and honestly, it was amazing. So relaxing, so peaceful—I felt completely recharged afterward. I didn’t expect to enjoy it that much, but now I know I’ll definitely go back whenever I’m in Mannheim again. Such a find! Been there 2 times already, a opportunity to chill for a few hours and spend with your loved one. The food ordering is also very cool, nobody will see or disturb you for the you are inside your personal wellzone. Perfect gift for birthday or anniversary. Only downside is that you have to reserve many many months in advance since there are only 3 MySpas in Germany. Wow, what an experience! I was here 2 times, I paided for 2 most expensive types and honestly I feel extremely bad, disappointed today because of their service. Never come back. I booked 2 hours (11am-1pm) for myself only, and when it reached 12:45 and 12:50, they rang the bell 2 times to ask me to check out. I acknowledged the well and never crossed the slot but this behavior is like they tried to cut my time. When I arrived no one was at the reception. The receptionist (who worked on 04.07.2025 at noon) didn’t set-up the beforehand, he also didn’t give me the code so I couldn’t use the TV, I must wear my towel to go out of the to find people to help and no one was there again, even when I waited and called their number! It already waisted me like 30 minutes for this shit. At the end, no apology from that guy. You guys really should consider again about the service. He should’ve set up everything, not asking the client whenever the client uses the TV or not. The ice inside the wasn’t enough and it’s also not in order. I took 2 hours to go there to enjoy me-time and finally feel uncomfortable. It was to be able to relax and a nice evening after a long rainy day. The was comfortable, the amenities are and it’s everything as promoted in the website. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only suggestion would be to have spa music playlists available if possible already saved in the system. While connecting your own phone to the sound system is nice, sometimes a client might want to leave their phone in the lockers to truly disconnect, but still have access to relaxing music without advertisements, which is something radio or tv don’t offer. My wife and I were recently there. This place is amazing! Just plan well in advance if you want to visit. I am already looking forward to our next visit. The facility is very clean; the staff is friendly and helpful. Loved it ! I tried the premium wellzone and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, they explained everything. The was very clean. You have a one touch system that you can use for ordering drinks snacks, controlling the lights and the sauna temperature, as well the radio, TV and whatever musik you like from your phone. The massage whirlpool was a blast and the Wasser-Massageliege was my favourite. You can just lay there and forget all your problems. I didnt try the food there so i dont have a feedback on that but everything else was up to my expectations. Everything went well and the service was great. What a beautiful and relaxing spa! It looks like the perfect place to unwind and escape. My husband and I attempted to visit after booking 3 weeks in advance after hearing things from a co-worker. We were told how the private room/spa is just for one party and that we should not have any issue bringing our son (2 months old) into the since we will be the only people in the room. The description sounded and was unfortunately too good to be true. Once we arrived the check-in process was smooth, the young lady at the front was super welcoming and nice. She got us checked in and as we were getting our things organized another woman came and told us that we would not be able to take our baby because visitors must be 18. She gave my husband an email address to contact to get a refund, however as we were leaving she said something to the effect of the being listed on the website. After seeing some of the other reviews and the tone that was taken as we left, I’m not confident that we will get a refund. Additionally, I think it is important to add that the FAQ says “ Babys, Kinder und Jugendliche können bei MySpa leider nicht eintauchen…..”. When translated on the app it says that babies and children cannot “immerse themselves “ which lead us to believe they obviously cannot get in the water, not that they cannot be in the same as their parents. It was a experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Awesome experience! Staff was super friendly and the was super clean. I didn’t want the to end! Will definitely be back.
