Helpful friendly staff and it's maintained well and clean. Only suggestion for improvement is to have a separate session for 6yrs and below. They currently allow up to 11yrs in softplay which could make it rough for below 6yrs who would like to try out the multi-level softplay but wont be able to in the midst of older moving around very fast Very good place, I like it Rueben was an excellent employee.
