Lykos Taverna is 6 minutes within walking distance on the beach. Visited August 2023 Review for middle of July 2023: During a hot day, this location was perfect for a whole day stay. The threes offer a shaded screen, you almost can o feel the hot sun. I'm writing this review at 13:00 local time outside temperature is 31C, real feel 34C. On my Sunbed, in shade it feels like 25C or less. Good music, not loud. Cheerful waitresses, 3€ minimum spend to use a sunbeds. Prices are quire ok, hourly cocktails with special prices. You may find parking spots directly under the olive trees. There are free hammocks tied to some trees, is calm, entrance is sandy, not steep and there is a pontoon where kids like to jump into the water. There the depth is less than 1 meter. Good spot for snorkeling, I also recommend to have shoes. There are some round rocks, covered in moss, slippery and rarely some sea urchins, black with spikes. Kids like to swim or stay in the warm water. Would definitely return here. A really nice with natural shadow from the trees. There are many spaces you could choose from and the is really nice and clear. The food is delicious too. They could work on the coffee and give it real milk, not from a can. Perfect for any kind of vacation. Great if you are with children, but for young people also. Chilled out music, cocktail happy hours... 3€ per sunbed is totally worth it. Recommend it to anyone! I love this recommended by a dear friend. Silence, peace and quiet... Chill Out with sunbeds with distance between them, friendly staff, with music with really low volume in the background... You can hear the small tiny waves. It is perfect for anyone just wanting to chill. The bar has everything you need to relax! Do not miss this one... P.S. if you want something similar to Paradise beach, Marble beach, etc, this is not the place for that. Just go there for that kind of beach. Here it is just relaxation. Amazing place! The is located in the shadow of huge ancient trees. Fast service, pleasant prices, warm clean shallow water, not many rocks. Comfortable and relaxing. The best at Thassos Lovely chill under natural shade. The waiters are very friendly and prices are okay. Parking is right in front of the beach. Definitely should visit!
