Loved their pastries and desserts (portokalopita, lemon merengue tarts, something magical filled with cream). The loukoumades are delicious and we never skipped on the ice cream either. Just one note. On our last day we decided to take some things to go to keep us in sweet spirits. The staff has always been very nice but this time we were serviced by one very mean woman. She was super annoyed that I didn't know immediately what I wanted, this is because I was still deciding. I'm not encountering that type of meanness even when currently living in a country known to have rude customer service. When opening the box one item was missing, she also overcharged us, shame (morning of 21/09). the staff was too little and overwhelmed. When the water came, the glass was missing. Until the glass came, the water was empty. The ice melted away like water. they don't have a menu.. the tables are all full of dishes from the previous guests.. they can't wipe the table really clean either The Manager Is a Walking Disaster — Avoid at All Costs The so-called “manager” of this place is a complete catastrophe — a toxic cocktail of arrogance, hostility, and pure nastiness. Her attitude is rancid, her professionalism non-existent, and her ego far bigger than her ability to run anything resembling a business. The saying goes, the customer is always right, but her oversized ego and delusional sense of authority bulldoze any trace of common sense or courtesy. Her small-minded head can barely contain the arrogance of “owning” a so-called business. Every word out of her mouth drips with passive-aggressiveness and contempt, as if she takes genuine pleasure in belittling customers and making them feel unwelcome. There is no hospitality here — not even the most basic shred of human decency toward paying guests. Her fake, condescending smile only makes it worse, as she talks down to people like they’re misbehaving children. She caused a humiliating scene in front of my child, talking back in a snide, condescending tone that made my skin crawl. Instead of resolving the smallest of issues, she fed on the conflict like a bully who finally found an audience. My request was simple — to grab a takeaway coffee and leave my bags temporarily — but the moment I asked, her aggression and rudeness bloomed like a weed in a toxic garden, i understand they have no responsibility over my belongings but condescending tone and passive aggressiveness repeatedly made the situation worse. If you want to witness customer service at its most DEGRADED, SHAMEFUL, and EMBARRASSING form, go ahead and meet this manager.
