Exceptional place. The artist was very kind and willing to provide any help we needed. The exhibits were almost alive which was kind of creepy. The host is friendly. The fogures are awesome. The sight is very special as you do not expect to see a of wax in this small village. It contains about 30 of both well-known Greeks and people from abroad. The staff is kind and the price is very reasonable, it is worth visiting if you are in the and to support this effort both financially and with your presence. I finally met Michael Jackson!! Whitney Houston looked a bit cracked out. The wax the artist has created are very lifelike. I've seen many wax museums and this was by far the best. Lot of Greek with many American pop culture celebs. Small place but great for pictures. He was making a Giannis statue when we arrived. We were with a tour group and I honestly would never have known about this place. Glad I found it. Very nice collection of wax based on celebrities politicians etc. Always worth a if you're around! Good first time experience. The staff is welcoming and kind. The room is not very big, but there is a lot to see. Some of the wax are realistic. The entrance fee is 5 euros. Εξαιρετικός χώρος με ορισμένα κέρινα ομοιώματα να αγγίζουν την τελειότητα... αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε!! The is located withing the Kipia village, it's a bit smaller then expected but don't fret - it's a good and nice place for a visit. A small parking in front of it for few cars. The is operated by a single man who creates all the statues himself, which is a great feat on its own. There are about 30 or so statues (maybe few less or more, can't remember correctly) but it's worth the visit. All the statues are so precisely made and are detailed. Prices are not too high also. I'd honestly recommend the visit! A great little in a totally unexpected place. Some of the are really, really realistic. The only thing is that there are many people from Greek past and culture (mostly actors and actresses), so as a foreigner, I didn't know most of them. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the visit. A pleasant surprise, some of the figueres a very realistic and you even have the chance to chat with their author. Very nice small museum, just when in the area. nice and interesting museum. cost 5euros per person. good quality expo Unexpected gem in the middle of nowhere! Not big but the sculptures are very well done. I never expected to see a waxworks in this area. What an unexpected delight! The young (self-taught) artist funded the whole project himself with family help but no state assistance and has created a lovely space to showcase his work. Most of his wax are perfect impressions of the original artists - some a little less convincing but still recognisable. This is a lovely thing to include in your itinerary on a hot summer’s day as the is air-conditioned. Browse through, take photos and selfies (I like my J.Lo. and Tom Cruise selfies!), buy some cards and the booklet to help this young artist’s efforts. This is - to my knowledge - one if only two wax museums in Greece. We are lucky to have it in this - easy to get to from Serres, Drama, Kavala, and Xanthi. An amazing wax that is definitely worth a visit❣️ The artist is a kind, humble man with a talent that rivals that of the artists of Madame Tussaud’s in London. A gem in the area! Very impressive work from the creator and owner the museum. It is one of the many hidden beauties and really worth to places in the of eastern Greek Macedonia. The place has many places to besides beaches and sea swimming. It is highly recommended for visitors that are eager to have surprises and exploration spirit in their vacation. The guy selling the tickets at the entrance is very nice and he actually made the wax sculptures. It’s definitely an interesting place to visit. Αξίζει να επισκεφθείτε!!! Πολύ ωραίο Εξαιρετικό.
