This was our first using Dean and we have had a time. The is very and the are really friendly. The was nice and and had most stuff needed for basic cooking etc. My 4 year old especially loved the and the location is perfect for our needs. So close to many nearby attractions and of course Whitley Bay beach. Will be back! We stayed for a week in September, the exceeded expectations. Perfect location and so and tidy. Bus stop outside the entrance to lots of locations. We didn’t use the facilities this but have booked again for next year and we will certainly use the pool and the club house. Thank you!! Our first here and we’ve been here 3 days so far, absolutely amazing we are so happy. The is and gets snd warm, the beds are the comfiest ever! I just wanted to leave a review for the // entertainment that made our stay special. Number 1 has to be Catherine who sings and does the entertainment, she put on amazing shows and sing alongs and overall just a talented person! Reception are and look after you, the pool was great, food in the restaurant was 10/10 and we LOVED the bingo and quizzes. We will be back, thanks so much guys!! Had a 4 nights at whitley bay dean. The was amazing, the helpfully removed a bed in the bedroom so we could fit our travel cot. was and had everything youd need! The was small but perfect for our toddler. The pool was and clean. Basic pool but were and we enjoyed using the inflatables. The entertainment team were incredible. It was quiet due to being out of school holidays but they gave their all and our little girl love the star land disco. Whitley bay itself was great, and the is close to lots of days out! Will definitely recommend and return! Negative - the drinks are ridiculous prices. The food is pricey and not great. Positive- location. caravan. are all helpful, the lifeguard Jamie was so with the kids during swimming activities, he really made their holiday. The outside play area is in a brilliant spot to watch them. There was karaoke outside. Definitely coming back. Good atmosphere overall Awful holiday. caravan stank of cigarettes, there was black mould under the cushions of the sofa and all over the walls that were not directly in sight. the glasses and cutlery was dirty so we had to go out and buy disposables. We left some clothes on the floor during the day and got home and they were wet through along with a pillow. I could literally wring my 2 year olds socks out in the sink. in addition a family started shouting at my oldest calling him names for dancing along to the YMCA he is 5 years old and was just having a nice time. we never went back to the evening entertainment after that we left on the Sunday a day early as my youngest began to vomit. The bug was spread to all of us through the next week. not sure if that was related to the being damp or just a bug but still. we have stayed in several sites recently through the sun £9.50 holidays. this by far was the worst campsite. Caravans are spotlessly and spacious. Beds are so comfy (memory foam) dog walk area is great. Food on site was and all are Had the best weekend stay with my children. Lots to do for them. Entertainment was super good. Food in the restaurant was perfect. was absolutely spotless & had everything we needed. Reception were cheerful & very helpful. I spent so long reading reviews and was Disappointed with this park. Venue was very small, so was unable to spend any in the entertainment area also needs updating. Arcade area was small. was ok. Although I paid for a 2 bedroom one and ended up with a 3 bedroom. Main bedroom very small and didn’t need the 3rd room. Takeaway was only open on the 1st night which was a disappointment. I would have left the day after check in if it wasn’t for the surrounding areas. Getting out and about off was and we made the most of it.
