Good beer and coffee, and as a snack I really loved the peppers with cream cheese and warm fresh bread. Very friendly staff. Waiters could have been nicer. We felt like we disturbed them because they were dealing with a more important event (wedding). Don't recommend Really nice guys, good food and a nice view into the valley. They have two rooms for hikker to stay for a night. The one we stayed, was with seven beds but we were alone, so no problem. The shower ist clean and the best place after a long Trip. Když jsme se vrátili, tak jsme si ještě chvilku sedli do sousedního altánku. Po chvilce se začala z restaurace ozývat střelba z nějaké zbraně a viděl jsem pár pobíhajících lidí. Potom jsme radši odjeli. Podle veřejně dostupných zdrojů nebyl tento incident na tomto místě poprvé. Amazing place! Been there God knows how many times... they are all very kind to everyone. You simply ask for something and the there would do everything to make you feel comfortable! And the food? The food is another wonderful story! You simply can’t stop eating. I’ll suggest you to try “fli”!!! The location? It is located a few steps away from the Gerla Waterfall! How cool is that... absolutely I suggest you to visit it! Instead of correcting it, they brought out mixed meats that were tough, tasteless, and completely inedible. The so-called “lamb” was clearly goat, and when we raised this, the became defensive instead of apologising. They even offered us a lamb’s head “on the house,” which was disgusting and went untouched. Service was slow, rude, and unprofessional. One waiter refused to speak to us in Albanian (even though he spoke it with other staff) and instead addressed us in broken English in a dismissive way. We were told there was no more meat in the kitchen yet moments later, other tables were served meat. DID THEY SERVE THE FOOD WE LEFT ON OUR TABLE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS?? That thought alone is sickening. The prices were shockingly high for such terrible food and service. And worst of all: four out of 6 of us, including two children, became violently ill afterwards and ended up in hospital with salmonella food poisoning. We ordered drinks couple of minutes after taking seats. Then we spent over half an hour waiting for the menu before we left. The waiters were just passing our table. Warte Zeit Stunde. Hat ein wenig gebraucht, bis Bedingung kam. Diese sage mir nun, dass ich mich um hocken soll, da an meinem Tisch große Gruppe erwartet wird. Kein Problem, nur könnte man höflich bitten. Im stehen wurde ich gefragt was ich zum Trinken möchte. Nachdem ich am neuen Tisch war und die Bedienung die Menükarte brachte wurde ich gedrängt schnell zu bestellen, dass sie mein Essen zubereiten können bevor die große Gruppe kommt. Dies war sehr ungemütlich, da die Bedienung neben mir sehen blieb und darauf wartete meine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Wenigstens kommt es dann schnell.... Dachte ich mir..... Ich entschied mich für Pizza. Diese Pizza hat ganze Stunde gebraucht bis ich sie bekommen habe. Zudem war der Teig nicht richtig durch. Größe war für 6€ okay. Zum Zahlen ging ich zur Terrasse, da keine Bedienung in Sicht war. Die Bedienung saß mit dem Handy am Tisch und entspannte. Schade Awful service, extremely unfriendly waiter. We ordered beer and wanted the menu. We were told the cook wasn't in and only french fries where available. We ordered four portions. 5 min. later we were told getting the equipment ready would take too long and we couldn't get french fries either (although we were in no hurry at all and would've been happy to wait). Half an hour later when leaving the waiter was serving another table a dish of meat and french fries. Clearly he did not feel like serving us. As a side note, there was no toilet paper at the ladies room. The food was delicious and very filling! We ordered a platter for two and a salad, and even though there were four of us, it was more than enough. The were friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. We had a lovely experience and would definitely come back!
