The bar wasn’t working at 11 AM on tuesday and we were the only ones here. Fantastic views. It was really good to see. A bit over the top for the monument but that is russian monuments for you. The cafe has a lot of shaded seating and was well worth the 65 kuna for 2 coffees and two large pieces of cake. Toilets were lean. You can also buy veg and fruit as you arrive from local houses on the road. Very historic place to visit, great views. Enjoyed our drink and cake at the cafeteria. Nice clean place.
