Super clean for a hostel.First time I come around such amazing for an included breakfast: crossant, fresh bread, juice, fruits, cereals… with an amazing welcome Bedrooms are not large but enough for a family with their own private bathroom. Bar is running until 11 pm which makes noise that you can hear until 12. Be aware of that: early morning wake up might be difficult then. We had a time: smooth , a bit hot in the room. Unfortunately our neighbours came late and had not the expected behaviour of not making noise for others and so they talked, laughed and more until late. People should behave accordingly to where they stay and not as they want. But nothing related to the venue which was perfect (maybe informing customers that respectful behaviour is requested?) About one mile off the official Camino trail, this Albergue/Hostel was way better than most any place we have stayed at. Our was small but cosy. The bath/shower provided hot water. Our bed was very comfortable. was plentiful and delicious. We spent a couple of nights in San Esteban de Pravia in our motorhome and really enjoyed the vibe in this bar. staff, music. A place to chill. This hostel is a must go if you are in the area, the staff of this hostel is amazing! The location is perfect and they also provide some of the best I've ever had! Short walk from some amazing beaches with some amazing views in the way Very highly recommended! Exceptionally friendly staff, views, location, unbeliveably tasty breakfast, incredibly lovely lady who serves it, everything is nice and clean. She even made some tortilla for us for our drive to Madrid on our last day. We'll definitely be back. - This place is overpriced for what it is - Attention when booking a double - while #66 has a double bed a private bathroom and a private terrace, #60 only features a bunk bed (two single beds one on top of another, quite uncomfortable) and virtually no space to even open a suitcase. Shower: I am a size S girl and I had to stand outside the shower cabin just to be able to wash my hair. And - there was no hairdryer and no way to get it as the manager is virtually never there. He usually comes when you call him; how fast - depends on how far he is. Yeah…. I was getting very descent spacious rooms in hotels in the city centers of Avilés and Pravia for much less than I paid for this nonsense. Again - 66 is somehow worth 40-50 eur, while 60 that’s also considered a double one and prices accordingly isn’t worth even 30 and I paid over 60 eur that night. - Checking experience is whatever too. I stayed there for 3 nights and not a single time the desk manager was there for checkin - you need to call and wait for him to turn up - even though he comes pretty fast sometimes. While being seemingly a good guy, manager Roberto shouldn’t be in any managerial position ever. Checking in felt like being his relative getting a favor of staying at his place for free and not a customer paying prices above average for what it is. - Lady who takes care of you - Chris - is a real sweet though. She gives you a treatment no worse than you’d get at some posh hotel. If I was only rating her service I’d give all 5*. She’s also always happy to have a nice chat with you. - Conclusion: might be for backpacking type of a stay. If you expect any sort of comfort and booking a double - make sure to verify which one you’ll be placed in first. - Nature/views are stunning. I have been in various hotels three four and five star and the experience I've had here I did not have it in any of those hotels . The is of a four-star hotel really really good Smooth check-in. Encarna is a lovely lady, always taking of us. Making sure we were happy 😊 Cleaning less was super, and best of us the location with views of the bay. We got full moon and sunrise from 7.0 😉 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
