Great to take the kids too for a holiday. So many fun activities to keep them amused whilst the adults relax. The staff here are brilliant and very enthusiastic. The place is super clean and loved the robots. Have visited a few times now and it’s always a nice time. In the middle of Vaals with great views of the distant hills, close by walks into Germany or Belgium. The park itself is pleasant and relatively well kept. Pool Is nice, with a slide and the activities are ok. A beautiful area of the Netherlands. The holiday homes are spacious. We needed to have some lights attended to and this was done in one hour of reporting the problem. Amazing for a weekend or longer get away. So many things to do on and off site. The kids zone, swimming pools, and playgrounds make it an amazing experience for the little ones. I highly recommended this place and the views of the hills, city, are fantastic. You really feel at peace here. Comparing with other houses (8p luxe) at Landal parks we've stayed in over the past few years, this one might need a few minor maintenances the most. Not a reason to avoid the park, still a great place to stay. Nice surroundings, but the grass is always greener on the other side 😇 My experience overal was OK. I got a few cases where it had a considerable impact. One of them was less experienced workers in the restaurant who do not understand/accept their mistakes. I never had a mindset of 'customers always right' but discussing with customers lengthly on details of orders and raising voice a bit won't help. Secondly, when you have lockers which uses 50 cent coin, you have to make sure you have enough changes to help customers and/or working change machine availibity close by. Because it is not very handy asking customers who are already in swimming suits, that they need to go to front desk for extra coins. Regards, yalcin Beautiful location. Houses could use a coat of fresh paint and some furniture could / should be renewed. Great beds. Bit strange that even in the summer season, everything closes down at 9pm. Not much to do. A beautiful park in a good location. The houses are updated but to a basic level. We stayed with 4 people in a for 6 so there was room enough. The facilities are good and well kept. The restaurant food is really poor and the service is not great. Ice creams are extremely expensive and you get a small scraping of it in the tub. I mean the bungalows are wow, it’s amazing I like how they managed to fit a whole in a without any troubles, the whole is organised and tidy everything is located easily, they even have a storage outside and you can put anything inside. If you are traveling with family you have to come here, they have a pool a indoor playground that is very big, a whole parkour course is included inside and they have laser tag every Saturday at 3:30 pm, if you rent a the pool and indoor playground is accessible with the key of the and free, if you don’t have a you have to pay for an online ticket, and they have good service and staff, the support is fantastic, they are quick with replying fast and they are available with anything, the best thing is they have a 24/7 pizza machine which is super tasty, there is a little grocery store. The view is fantastic and a good it is easily located and they even have a lake in thier land, they have bycicles for rent which you can go anywhere with, they even have mini golf which is fun to play in your free time. I rate it a 10/10 for family vacations. They have many types of bungalows: 2 person bungalow 4 person bungalow 6 person bungalow And many more I love the whole place, only downside is they don’t have and keeping so you have to clean the place yourself, on the other hand they provide you with bed linens, but you need to buy towels as towels aren’t provided. Oh and there is no noise here. This place is the least hospitable, most overpriced piece of tourist establishment I've ever had to stay in. On arrival, the smelled like the ghetto, the furniture stunk. The may have been cleaned, but there was clearly still dust on furniture surfaces, cobwebs in corners... They don't even put in the sheets in the bed and you have to take them out yourself on your way out. There is not a single service you get in these god-forsaken outdated houses. It's literally "guest in - guest out". I doubt anyone from management even takes a look in these houses. The only good thing about here is the location, and perhaps some of the amenities for kids. You get nothing else. No personnel, everything is done via a chappy app. You wouldn't even know what you book until you actually arrive on site. Then they have the guts to ask you to leave the in a pristine condition when you check out. What a joke. They'd probably sell a lot of tickets doing a Netflix comedy special. I know quite a bit about discomfort growing up poor but what on earth is this place? How do you pay what you pay for this place and get nothing. NOTHING. You don't get towels. No dish soap. No oven. No customer service. One thin toilet roll for a 6-person house. Not even a welcome tea/coffee. What in the world is this place? You have to put in your own bedsheets. You have to wash them yourself or pay to get rhem washed if you want them washed. You have to pay for extra bedsheets. You have to clean your own floors. You have to take your own waste out. And you have to leave the perfect when you check out despite the fact that you get hit in the face with a disgusting smell when you unlock the door. They haven't given you the in clean condition but want you to leave it in perfect condition. Is that a joke? If you like yourself and are someone who earns a honest living, run very far away from this outdated place. Trust me, it is never worth it. They demand the most of you, but offer nothing themselves.
