It's so surprising that such a small town is home to so many exotic animals. Well done Reșița for making this possible! Pretty well kept zoo. I am not a big fan of zoos for obvious reasons (animals in cages). Wanted to see the sights in Resita so we went anyway... beautiful lions, a tiger, and leopard. Really amazing to see them... though habitats are small and sad in my opinion. An exhibit of pigeons and chickens surprised me because they are not really the type of zoo one expects. Shetland ponies, a baby kangaroo, and some monkeys. A Brown Bear pacing... some caribou. One thing I did like is that you can get really close to the cages and make eye contact. Bathrooms were clean. Nice but few Cool looking zoo, more nature orientes landscape than with more asphalt. Enjoyed the animals. Big place, be careful of the monkeys. They will yell at you. Cool to see so many in better habitats. Seeing the old overgrown cages made me sad but glad they don't use them anymore. Great Zoo taking care of a critically endangered species of mule. The Baroc mule: blue-eyed "blonde" (white) mule. Definitely recommend for kids. Super funny and creative souvenir shop. Kind of sad. Some of the are alone. Some ofvthem are old and sick. And the people make fun of some animals. Perfect place for a relaxing time with kids and family! Many missing - last week, no bears, no cheetah, no wolves, only one lion kept behind bars, marsupials missing, raccoons missing... Mese unde poți sta și să te odihnești Zoo drăguț.Destul de multe specii de animale.Intrarea 10lei.Un minus :nu am văzut toate animalele din prezentare,nu există sau nu au ieșit. It's a pretty zoo, with usual you expect to see at a zoo, it's located on a mountain and it's very nice to visit. The prices are cheap (2 ron for kids and 8 ron for adults). If you visit Resita you should come to see the zoo as well. Not so many exotic to see, but there are a few interesting ones: lion, panther, tiger,monkey. Kids love them. There is also a very nice playground for kids. Animalele sunt ingrijite foarte bine,custile sunt foarte curate,locul de joaca este curat si frumos amenajat. Iarba este cosita si totul este curat. Perfect sa ti aduci nepotii sa se joace si sa viziteze animalele si pasarile. Slab rau !!!
