I wanted to leave after it took the waiter 20 minutes to approach us but others in my company insisted on staying. Several patrons that arrived after us got served prior to us. The meals themselves were sub-average. No apologies were offered. The visual ambiance of the place is nice. Was once one of my favourite restaurants, but lately they have incredibly slow service, cooks, and forgetful servers - a problem they are aware of and don't seem to care to fix. Wait time is around 30 mins for salads and appetizers (which don't take more than 10-15 mins to make), and 60-90 mins for main courses, even when it's empty. Servers often forget orders, don't care to write them down, and are rude when you try and remind them of the salad you ordered 20 mins ago and still haven't received. This has happened on two occasions with two different servers, so obviously not a one-time thing. Finally, the food is miles from what it once was, and honestly worse than any other local restaurant you can try on the Ohrid-Kicevo road. Minced meat dishes are decent, but pork dishes such as ribs taste like the cook is cooking them for the first time. The only positive one can say about this place is the location. A beautiful river-side table setting, right on the frequent road on the way to Ohrid, overall chill and relaxed. But, honestly, too relaxed if you are really hungry. If you have strong patience and aren't hungry, I recommend stopping here. Otherwise, don't bother. The staff was very very rude the food was cold and late we waited 2 hours for our food I ordered a beef steak and I got a chicken steak and the steak was cold The food and is great! The prices are low. The place is next to the river and is nice and peaceful. Recommended!
