We felt that the noise in the showroom was a little distracting so they invited us back to a quieter room where we could discuss different financing options and features of the different models. Again their answers were very informative and they didn't hold back when lifting good sides with competitors and downsides with Tesla ... which gave a very frank and honest impression. Unfortunatelly, the guy from the staff that was there was the most unhelpful person I've met. Hardly answered 2 questions, seemed to be avoiding my questions, ignoring me and was browsing his phone all the time. Maybe I was judged by the way I dress, and decided I can't afford to buy, who knows? Kind of smug, if you ask me... I decided to leave, as I felt like I was not worth his time. Left me very dissapointed and with a bitter taste. Even though I appreciate the privacy and not having the salesperson constantly bugging, this is for sure not the best strategy to sell a car. I'm not judging a company by this visit, but the review is strictly my experience (and other's, reading the reviews) during the visit.
