We came inside on a cold day, and found a warm, friendly place that lifted our mood. Pastry was good, but not special. The room to sit was functional, but nothing special. A special shout-out to the young lady who did an excellent job servicing a not so easy crowd of pupils in the second room while at the same time stayed super friendly and helpful. So good! Get your chocolates from 10m down the road for best experience. Not so nice experience. Went in with happy energy en excited for a delicious hot but went out being disappointed. Staf was not kind and a bit rude. The was far from what it said i would be. I got the "Cioccolata calda monorigine" and it didnt taste nice. It was grainy and did not thats that much of chocolate, cinnamon or hot pepper. The place looked pretty but that was the only positieve thing that we experienced.
