It's possible to drive all the way to the Monastey, the round is good but narrow in parts. It is not busy and there is parking for about 6 cars outside the complex. About the size of the Troyan Monastrey. Very few visitors, unlike Troyan and the wall and ceiling paintings are fresh and unfinished in parts. It's nicer Monastrey for that. It's is nice, peaceful place although the building near the is deserted and for some people could look creepy. The itself is a small and in good condition. The road to there is small in width and full of sharp turns and in relatively good condition(for now). People with health problems during a car ride will defiantly have problems. Many people take the road by foot. It would take around 30 minutes on going up but the nature around is beautiful and the air is clean. There are no precise places for rest during climb but the nature itself provides the necessary places where you can just stop and take your breath. If you are going up with a car there are places where you can park next to the monastery. If the barrier up the road is open (or missing) you can park directly in front of the deserted building at the top. Many people don't know that just a few meters after the there is a nice paved place where you can park with no problem. If you are in a vicinity you should defiantly check the place.
