And the gym instructor who showed me around is the reason I am rating this so highly as he spoke great English and was very welcoming friendly and approachable, He was also very knowledgeable and described exactly how the process would be etc. And he was diligent about helping everyone in the gym with their form etc. Not like in most Municipal gyms where the instructors just chat to themselves and wander about looking bored.
