Had a good at Eden Hall. Facilities are clean and have different things to do. The food was amazing, with a decent portion size. The treatment was relaxing. Even though I booked Elemis face and body, focus was on back. I was worried it would be crowded, but there was plenty of space. Maybe we went on 15th February, so primarily couples. Beautiful spa, all the staff we encountered were really lovely. The new outdoor spa pool is amazing. the only complaint is that the bubbles need to be on a little more frequently. It had been a few years since our last visit, and we were sad to see the salad bar had disappeared and the food just wasn't great, previously we used to say the restaurant was called 7th Heaven for a reason. Spas are a luxurious treat, and for us, it was the little details that let Eden Hall down on this visit. This spa has to be one of the best I’ve ever visited. The facilities are brilliant, with plenty to do and friendly/informative staff. The only downside was the food as the website was different to the actual menu, which was annoying but thankfully the options were still fine. Would definitely recommend visiting here to anyone! A wonderful midweek spa experience. We were booked in for autumn special and felt the price justified the 6 hours in the pool and thermal experiences, three courses a treatment and class. The facilities are and varied. Also kept clean and tidy though the day. We cannot wait to come back. I would question how relaxing it would be at the weekend as it was the right level of business for us and that was a midweek visit. Took my mum here for the day and we really enjoyed ourselves. Had a small breakfast then went swimming and visited the various saunas. We had the lunch too which was included although it would be nice to have at least one drink included with lunch or once throughout the day, perhaps a tea or coffee at breakfast time. At £5 each for a coffee I doubt I can change their minds to include a complimentary one 😉 We were lucky as it was a really sunny warm day. Me and my partner came here for a spa day and had the most incredible time. We got the Purity package and couldn’t recommend it enough. Despite not getting any treatments, we still had a completely full day and felt extremely relaxed afterwards. The slumber room in particular was our favourite. The garden with the outdoor pool was extremely cosy and ambient, especially with all of the Christmas lighting and outdoor fire. The three-course lunch was delicious and filled us up nicely. The staff throughout the whole day were extremely nice and accommodating. We would definitely return and it really felt like a treat! My first at a spa and oh my days…what an day! I loved every minute. I’m not a spa person but went with my girls on a weekend away. I don’t like water to be honest, but there’s so much more! The relaxed atmosphere, steam room, sauna, dining! It’s amazing…would definitely recommend here I had an at the spa. I visited many facilities across the Midlands, and I need to say Eden is very clean. The staff does an job. We had a very helpful receptionist, Ola, who supported us through our first time. The robes are fluffy, and the space is beautiful! Perfect treat! Thank you!
